My disclaimer. Not sure what all the 1's were/are about. I'm not a big app rater, but the ones for this are/were very misleading. Either there have been a lot of changes, people are slow(being nice), or they are misrepresenting the facts(again, being nice). Downloaded fine. Good, no actually some great features. Instructions, audio, (alibi the audio is about 2 minutes of instructions and 8 minutes of silence with a chime at the end to alert you the 10 are up.), reminders, a log for commenting on your 10 min experience, and some short snippets on mindfulness strategies. Everything works. Didn't experience any ads and no account/login required.

Works fine for me-no account creation necessary. It downloaded each of the exercises the first time I used it. Instructions are clear and simple. Easy to use and very helpful!

Unable to download Practices it just shows downloading but does nothing

It stops after the 3 minute

There is no way of logging in or creating a new account. Terrible bait and switch.

No create account option. Useless
