ON COLOR MEASURE is an amazing way to detect and recognized colors by using the camera of your mobile device. It lets you grab a color and save the complete informations of the color in the simplest and effective way.
It is very handy and easy to use. You just need to point your camera to any object and this application will identify the color automatically.
ON Color Measure allows you to detect the color in real time live camera mode or capture the image and move the aim pointer to detect the color. You can also do the color detection on images loaded from the gallery. The color informations will be displayed on the dashboard on the screen. I am color blind and I paint. So, with the obvious dilemmas I regularly face when choosing correct colors, I have become increasingly dependant upon this app. It has worked flawlessly up until now. However, I have started having problems after I "Grab & Save" a particular color, because I can no longer "Open" my saved colors. Please correct this glitch and it will definitely be a 5 star app again. It is the best app for color blind people that I have found, and I hope that you guys will correct this glitch immediately. Thank you for this very helpful app!

Dos not under any circumstances I've tried come up with the correct colour. As a test, I painted areas with specific Pantone corrected mixtures and in no cases were the correct values shown. The most agregious was when in one case what should have come up Dark Brandy or the closest equilivent came up Forest Green!

I'm sure the program is great if I could get it so the camera image wasn't distorted whether in portrait or landscape mode. Motion is also weird when trying to center an image... Almost impossible. This is on an up to date LG g3

Saves hours of trial and error, basically taking the guesswork away, and so easy to use, all your pics are saved with the RGB data. (Would be nice to have CMYK as well :-) )

Installed and only used once, long ago. Giving a 4 Star Rating for the recent Update to the Privacy Policy. It seems they put a lot of work into it, to make it short. In addition to being brief it is well explained and seems reasonable. They gained a "Free" (extra) Star for this tiny effort. No reason to like or dislike since I've barely used it, but it sounds great.
