How fast are they mailed out?
Postcard and Calendar orders are mailed the next business day.

Your image will be scaled appropriately to fit on product.

Each product costs certain number of credits. You will need to buy credits to send products.
There is secure PayPal integration within app to buy credits.

Yes
Am I restricted to photos within my phone?
No. You can even select photos from your Facebook account. Your can also select photos from your facebook friends.
I am not ready to send yet, Can I save the order as draft?
Yes. You can save as draft. You have 2 options
- Save locally on your phone. This draft can be accessed from your phone only.
- Save on server. This draft can be accessed from anywhere - such as other phones, even iphone Postdroid app and postdroid website.
Sometimes I dont have internet connection?
Use offline mode. It will help you create your order and then save it as draft on your phone.
Once you have internet connection, you can use this draft to send your order.
is this app available on different phones?
All android phones and iphone. iphone app will be updated soon with new features.
Blackberry and windows phone 7 version is under construction.
Do you have a website.
Yes. postdroid.com is our website. You can login using your account.
You can buy credits, send products from our website.
Why would i send products from website when I can do it from my phone?
Sometimes there are good pictures on your computer or camera. So website comes handy to access those pictures
Do I see the history of my activities?
Yes. Order history and billing history within app and postdroid.com website.
Will any information be shared with anyone?
No.
How will i know that you have shipped the order
We will notify you via email

Please make sure you put the address info correctly.

I haven't been able to log in for two weeks to create a postcard. nobody answers my e mails. what's going on? Is the app down? What about my credits? I downloaded this app. Then, I made a purchase of 9 credits. I ignore why I was charged three times the amount for a total of $29.97 So, I sent several message for a week or so and they have done nothing. So, I'll call my bank to cancel the whole amount. Too bad things have to happen this way.

For a few years, Postroid made it so much easier to send postcards to family when you're in another country! But more recently, the lack of support has made it useless. One can't edit the list of saved addresses so you HAVE to wade through all the old addresses. If you saved a draft with an image, you can't get it back. And you can't upload images from a browser. I will painfully work my way through my credits and then say good bye to what was once a useful app, but through the lack of support is no longer

Purchased credits. ..kept freezing screen resulting in 5 transactions. Requested assistance/ reimbursement & did not receive any reply. Even worse, I have been only able to send one postcard! I now have 64 unused credits and an ap that keeps saying "unable to send, please try again later". I've uninstalled, reinstalled multiple times, attempted to send using several different devices, no resolution. Top of the line phone. So frustrated.

When I updated it and it made me lose my credits. They had me update twice again and it still didn't work. It would say I have my credits back but when it's time to send the pic it says I have 0 credits left. I want a refund!!!!! I'm tired of emailing back and forth and nothing is being resolved.

The post cards look good. I recently used this app, last time I used was 2010. All my postcards were sent promptly. Th UI needs an update though.

The fist couple of times I used this app for postcards and it was wonderful. Great! This last time around the quality of the pictures were a little blurry. I know I pictures I took are clear and in focus. About 3/4 of my postcards were blurry on the postcards. But I love sending them.

I contacted my credit card company to get a refund, still not working!! BEWARE DON'T USE NOW! .I can't sign in since 2 weeks!! Normally I love using it,I purchased a lot of credits recently($30!),and now I can't use it. I NEED HELP! I can't even send forgot password to do that (I know my password), it does not open at all! I need this fixed ASAP!! I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO WRITE ABOUT THIS. I uninstalled and reinstalled it still won't open! How do I get my money back? Why is there no contact information?
