[블루라이트란?]
가시광선 파장 내에서 청색광이 가장 강하게 발 하는 380~500nm 사이의 빛을 말 합니다. 이 빛은 유해한 빛 으로 장시간 우리 눈에 노출되어 지면 선명 한 시야를 방해하고 안구건조, 눈 피로, 불면증, 어깨 결림, 요통 등 인체에 안 좋은 영향을 미치게 됩니다. 요즘처럼 컴퓨터, 스마트폰, LED 디스플레이가 보급 된 시대 에는 상시 이 빛에 노출되게 되며 우리도 모르는 사이 시세포 노화 및 생체리듬에 불안정을 가져오게 됩니다.
