When the app is armed, anyone who picks up your device will immediately be holding an object making a loud noise and exhibiting an active flash...this will draw attention to the theft and the thief might just drop the device and run out.
The app also permits an activated alarm to be silenced by means of a four-digit pass code entry, so the alarm can conveniently be turned off by the device's owner.

Waste of a dollar. Force stops and will only work when the phone is physically on. Should work when phone is in sleep mode. Also what's the point if the PIN is displayed.
