ONLINE BACK OFFICE
This is where you manage your outlets, inventories, employees, customers, analyse reports and visualise your business performance through the executive dashboard. It is available to you anytime, anywhere in the world.
ORDERING
Smart intuitive new order screen. Line modification (i.e change quantity, add modifiers, price override, discount), add miscellaneous items, discounts (named discounts, by value and by percentage), split bills, barcode scanning (using on board device camera), automatic order parking with elapsed time and tender using multiple payment methods. Add order information such as customer details, table, people and the type of order i.e collection, delivery or waiting. Offline capability as orders get synced as soon as internet is available again.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Inventory is made up of unlimited number of categories, items and modifiers. Take it a step further and set up composite items to track your inventory at a more granular level.
STOCK CONTROL
Stock management includes (stocktakes, stock transfer, supplier order, return stock). Real time stock count between multiple devices.
PRINTING
Direct certain items to different printer stations. Set up to 3 printers (STAR Micronics brand only) for kitchen printouts and 1 for sales print per device. Include your own brand logo, header and footer information on receipt.
CASH DRAWER
RJ11/RJ12 interface so that it can connect to the back of the printer and pop open drawer wirelessly.
EMPLOYEES
Setup employees with access codes to login and restrict certain functionalities of the App. Allow your employees to clock in/out.
CUSTOMERS
Manage your customers via your back office and App. Add new or lookup customer whilst taking order. A separate customer loyalty App is in the works. Please email us for more details.
PAYMENTS
Posandro has teamed up Payleven to offer a seamless payment experience. I have busy nights where waiters have positions to stand and serve customers and I don't need them running around knocking customers over, I can see which table ordered etc too much info to tell on here . It works and does exactly what I need it to. sends drinks orders to the bar, starters to the kitchen, main dishes to the main chef without the front staff having to step into the kitchen leaving only me to serve the food to my lovely customers. Don't be afraid to ask for help to the developer as he is very quick and helpful, so keep up the good work.

Whenever I have a question Daan is great at getting back to me. Every update seems to have something new and useful and it has made such a difference in the way we do business. Recently took a trip to Mexico leaving the business behind in Canada but my employees could email me end of day reports and I could login to my back office to check inventory and make changes for them while being so far away! Also love that I can pull my monthly reports and have printed reports for my quarterly GST remittance. It has made my month ends soooo much easier!

This app has all the features we needed to run a busy restaurant in London. I was looking for a cheap, wireless, android solution to the difficult problem of a robust pos system in a restaurant and after trying pretty much every other solution out there Posandro was the best. Most importantly the support I've received has been great I always get almost instant responses when I've needed help.

I tried about ten different pos apps until I was recommended to try this one. The system is easy to set up, and has a wealth of features. We now use the system in our restaurant to take the orders at the table and print them directly to the kitchen. Each server carries their own tablet. Itemised bills are now a doddle, and we now are able to make sure that all additions to an order get onto the bill. Discounts and split bills no problem. Way better than many apps costing much more. Add the fact that the developer is helpful and willing to help, and you have a real winner.
