This app is really very useful. But this updates is missing other gp number management option, which brought me here to write this review. Moreover, other number management system should be more user friendly. I have 2 gp sim, but its impossible to use this app for my other number. On the other hand, my mom and dad cant buy minutes or Internet. So, please add other number management option with easy set up system.

Poor UI, Need to analysis on typography more. Where is Other Account Manage Option? Excluding this old important and popular feature it was not wise decision to release updated version. Respective person should think about users expection before taking any action. Please revert this feature as soon as possible, obviously before july 2017. Disappointed!

I was recharging my accout by my TRUST BANK debit card since 8 month but I can not recharge by that same card despite of checking the information again and again after the last update.What goes wrong I don't understand. Please fix it.I will give 5 star.

Not working. There are problems in "Log in with Connect" option. It works fine in cellular data but not working with WiFi. Please fix it and also add GIFT option again in flexiplan. It's a good app for GP user but it will be better if you do so. Thanks.

Frustrated. Update of any app will make the same better. But what GP have done there. In previous version I can manage may two account from one app but in this version this system is not available. They are saying it will be available later!! What sort of service is this already I am enjoying a service and they cut it down in the update actually downgrade. I think GP mainly focus the add of advertisement in the app nothing else.

I am star but ecare account not solving problem and buddy tracker location not correct. This buddy tracker pls adjust location seeing otherwise many family friend broken ur system, thanks this v v v good

The new version of app has a clear consistent interface, although it is becoming more and more evident that, this is a selling platform rather than focusing solely on customer usability. I would have preferred if the GP Shop weren't​ displaying ads for products in front interface. I couldn't find the secondary user management in new interface. Please confirm whether you have replaced it or what.

It was working fine. But, after the latest update (13th june) Login with Connect does not work anymore. I do not use GP internet all the time. So, it is very frustrating. Please, resolve the issue with Login with Connect.

It was very useful. But now it is useless to me. Because I'm unable to use it via wifi or other operator's data connection. Works with only GP3G. Unnecessary harassment.

With the revamp, MyGP app is incredibly useful and almost pitch perfect. The best thing about it is the centralized management of everything. The GUI is seamless. Couldn't be any better! But the best thing is obviously the loyalty program through reward points. You really need to make everyone aware of it. Also, I think you should lower the redeeming pointers. Bit too steep, really. However, there is a bug that I found. I purchased some sms through flexiplan and instantly got the rewards points. Next I purchased a nightly internet package and that one never arrived! But the next minute I bought a standard internet package and this one added up nicely. Something you might want to look into. I also have a few suggestions: 1. The offers that are on your website are not all here. That's from a consumer POV is very fishy to the least. 2. Why would I get rewards points only if I make a purchase through the app? That just makes no sense. Literally, it means you go to a shop and pay 94 for 1GB but that doesn't prove loyalty. So no bonus for you. See how negatively that works? 3. Could you please remove the offer banners from the home hub? There are already 3 different touch points within my thumbs reach already. You are over killing it a bit. Minus the banner, it looks much more neat and handy. Cheers!

Previous version of this app was just fine and simple. New version is showing advertisement which is a little bit annoying.. You can add a store tab instead of a product banner.

What's this app for? I installed it to check my Flexi Plan balance as I can't remember what to dial for that info. In this app you'll find how long the validity of your plan is.

The one stop desk or solution for manage your GrameenPhone connection. Flexiplan and value added service like welcome tune searchability is a great feature of this app. However things like complaints management should be added to the future versions.

The UI is clumsy and poorly organized. V 1.8 was way better, hope that one would be brought back!

For MyPlan users in postpaid the interface isn't helpful. Both credit limit and commitment amount (used and remaining) should be displayed.

Previous version was better. That was more simple and crunchy. I feel overloaded by different information which I don't need all. Previous version had the option to traverse towards what I need. Simplicity is the best !

Unable to manage other numbers. Font is not good like the old one. Previous version was much better.

I used to manage my another number from my primary number. But with new update, this feature is gone :( Why GP takes away useful features !! Fist gift option on flexiplan, now managing other number from MyGP app :(

Updated apps is so bad because after update "Other number management " option has been removed. It should include again.

App should contain user history which includes calls, sms, recharge, internet etc. Other carriers got better app with very user friendly interface. Please include user history and will review again.

I had just updated this app yesterday.From that it's not working as well as past version... New Version is shown as Unfortunately Stopped... Do something quickly....

I can't login my phone number, when I'm trying login then shown massage "You can only use own number" but can't login my personal number.

Evil applications to login repeatedly. Cut the pocket money like thieves! application upgrade, why not?

Time to add call and recharge history within the app. A lot of users will be benefited if you add that facility.

An awsome home page created by gp.Its looking better than previous version.there is also many features added to this app.Thanks gp .You have done a gd job.

New interface is good. But need more managing options like "gp e-care". In this new edition, where is "manage another account" feature?

এটা শুধুমাত্র যে সিমে নেট সংযোগ আছে সেটা দেখায়। আরো ভালো হয় যদি এটা দিয়ে অন্য সীমের তথ্য দেখা বা পরিবর্তন করা যেত। কেননা একটা পরিবারে সীম কয়েকটা থাকলেও ইন্টারনেট সবাই চালায় না।

খুব ভালো দরকারি একটা এপ।দৈনন্দিন জীবনের যোগাযোগের কাজকে অনেকটা গুসিয়ে দ্রুত করে দেয়। 4 স্টার দিলাম কারণ আপনারা আগে একটা অপশন দিসিলেন নিজের একাউন্ট থেকে অন্য ফ্যামিলি মেম্বার দের একাউন্ট তথ্য নেয়া যেতো।যেটা আমার জন্য খুব উপকারী ছিলো।অপশন টা আবার এড করেন দ্রুত তখন 5 স্টার ই দিবো।যাই হোক এপ টা খুবই ভালো।

প্রযুক্তিকে কঠিন করলে গ্রাহক প্রযুক্তিকে পছন্দ করবে না। ওয়াই ফাই দ্বারা লগিন করতে নতুন করে ঝামেলা সৃষ্টি করেছেন! তাতে এপস ব্যাবহারকারী কমবে নাকি বাড়বে ? কোন আবাল আপনাদের এসব বুদ্ধি দেয় ?

Nice interface but you as a company should be proactive and offer some special offers that can only be obtained through this app. Thous more people will use it.

এতদিন তো ভালোই লেগেছে, ওয়াইফাই দিয়ে ওপেন হত, এখন আর হয় না, মোবাইল ডাটা দিয়ে লগইন করতে বলে! জিপি আসলে সব সময় ফালতু সার্ভিসই দেয়!!
