50 Years of Porsche for Android
Keeps crashing as I flip pages on a Motorola turbo. Different spot still crashes on Samsung note pro 12.2. Crashes on note 3 as well. It is too bad they appear to not be updating this app. Otherwise I'd give it a five.
On a Nexus 7 with Lollipop (5.0.2), the audio plays but NOT the video. A dialog box shows which says "Cant play this video". Solutions?
Love it. ..
It will not run proprrt
It opens. It runs. It's nothing more than a few pages for stat sheet racers, filled with articles about the 996, 997, and 991. If you want substantial history (not just a blurb, smaller than your average caption) on anything older than a 2000 model, this isn't the app your looking for.
I darn love this because my father owns a Cayenne Turbo
Takes its time to download. But works. As mentioned by others, tap on the cloud button just below the magazine cover and the wait for the contents to download. History well covered. Nice pics and videos too.
Takes forever to install
Love it. ..
You need to download the app's content once installed (touch the symbol in low right corner), then open it and voila! Don't leave negative reviews, those expose some processing deficiency on your part. Anyhow, the is what it says it is - the whole history along with great articles from Auto week in a very well done package. Porsche fans will sure appreciate it, good job Auto Week!
Yea controls could be more obvious and intuitive... try swiping people. Works for LG G2. Once you figure out it actually does work its full of rich photography and history on all things Porsche, Love it. [Swipe left to bring up new articles to the right] [Swipe down for additional pages of current article]
I would like to know if anyone has got this app to run. I have a new Galaxy 5S and it loads but will not open any pages.
Download, open, and......nothing.
Could not open it on my S4. Frustrating.
Click on the cloud below cover. Then it loads article. :-)
No workie on a nexus five...boo
I've managed to get an all-white screen and an all-black screen after the tiny little non-rotating cover. Yes, I clicked the miniscule cloud on the bottom of the cover. Nothing.
If I read an article or two and then try to come back to it later it won't open. If I uninstall and then reinstall it opens up and runs fine until I leave and come back to it later then I run into the same problem. On my Samsung Galaxy S4.
Wish I could read it. Every time I've installed it, it takes forever to download the data. When it finally does, nothing happens.
It will not run proprrt
Have downloaded this App twice, a week apart and all I continue to get is the covers. Click on everything and still only covers. ????
I have downloaded and installed twice. Nothing there except a cover. Obviously needs some work
