I installed and tested, when I listened to resulting audio file it was just white noise. I tried different audio outputs (mp3, mp4, amr, 3gp, wav) all did not work. I tried troubleshooting the issue myself before asking for a refund... then saw the 'returns must be within 15 minutes of purchase. I think they just need to update for the newest flavour of Android... I hope I'm entitled to updates, as a paying customer. In which case, would make it all ok. So long as it worked.

Is this a call recorder or voice modifier because all I hear is inaudibly slow chopped up audio recordings that use all my memory up. I wonder if asking for a fix would make a difference?

Turns off recording, monitoring, and record emailing services by itself, so not working when you expect it. Does not reliably email recordings.

Doesn't work, even if it is running it doesn't record, then it won't send. Horrible. Please start over.

The app did not work on my phone but customer support was really good trying to make the application work on my phone.

I have tried every possible setting to get this expensive app to work. It only records files of zero seconds and it crashes with"unexpected errors". I am using an HTC Incredible. I have emailed the developers.

This app is not good at all. I tried all different formats, and none of them will not record. It shows up as nothing was recorded. I just spent 12 dollars on nothing. Uninstall

It will not create a folder and is not showing any buttons to change settings. I bought it and it is not working. Cannot get in touch with anybody to help with customer service. What a waste!! Get in touch with me so I can get it to work.

I tried every setting, spent hours trying to make it work. Sometimes it does, sometimes it don't. It's not dependable. I'm uninstalling and looking for something else.

Does it's job

It works OK, got the Pro version because it does seem to work OK on my HTC and i don't want to Root or S-Off, etc. For me, MP3 does not seem to work as a format for recording, WAV is clear although the recordings are off - they seem to drop out large sections of calls, which is a shame. This needs to be fixed. It does sometimes get corrupted and force a close. Apart from that, it does at least offer a working solution for this device.

Definitely the best on the google store, very good quality recording and useful mail service. I contacted the developer for settings and they were kind and efficient. 5 stars!!!

Very happy with this program! You can take verbal notes such as; don't forget the milk for the kids to; Recording Conversations that you will need to remember for later use. Recording Phone Conversations is pretty simple and they offer you are wide range of options that you can use later; such as E-Mailing Specific Recorded Calls to your own computer. You can setup the software as you see fit and don't need to fidget with buttons as this software starts and stops automatically. It took me a little while to figure it all out, and in the end, I Have Yet to Find a Program That Not Only Does The Same, But Even Comes Close!

So, in an effort to record Skype calls with my child, I purchased this app, using my tablet, which is the device I primarily use for Skype. For some reason unknown to me, after searching my tablet endlessly and ultimately purchasing ecamm for my Mac (which worked brilliantly on the Mac, but does not work on mobile devices), I picked up my cell phone and found the app installed there. It will do me no good, whatsoever, on my cell phone. And, I discovered the app after the 15 minute period one has to cancel.

I bought it, but afterwards compared with other similar tools and checked that the app doesn't worth the price. Even some free apps are better than this. I asked the authors to give back my money, but I didn't get response in any sense.

I paid for it. Not working in my Galaxy Note II. Asked for support from developer but just got one reply. No response thereafter. Had to uninstall this and bought another one which is working perfectly.

it does nor record no matter what I do in my Galaxy Note 3 phablet.

I just bought a brand new phone, downloaded the app and its does not record the voice of the person I called or who called me despite changing and trying all audio settings. Some audio settings dont record my voice either. This app appeared to be the best. Either fix it very fast or give me a refund. I tried to get the refund but I was 1 minute too late of the 15 minute after purchase time to automatically get a refund.

App does not work regardless of configuration emailed developer several times without a response. I tried to give the developer the benefits of doubt to make things right unfortunately I now have a paid app without support and unable to get a refund

Has worked twice out of 20 calls on my Galaxy S2 running Jelly Bean Customer service seems non existent Would like to get my money back OR to get it working!

Please adjust file names to 12hr time instead of 24 for us USA users and also name of person if available. Also time or date need to be listed first on file name so recording can be in order. Also please implement sort by date or time. Would also be helpful if each phone had presets instead of having to figure it out.

Waiting version 5, currently this app is not working, but in past it has worked! Now with ver 5.1 its working well.

Terrible. One of the worse apps.

This is the best call recording app on the market. In my opinion all they need to arrange is the recorded call names. If it would be possible to recognise unknown numbers and have the contact name or number, date and time instead of the date only or number only in the recorded calls list, it would be completly perfect. However it's still worth the price for crystal clear and loud voice recording from both sides. This app is worth having. It may take you out of trouble :)
