30 Day Fitness Challenge Pro for Android
Got to get my fat ass back in shape.
Can't import free version data. Lack of Google account sync forces you to start all over
Good exercise. Would be helpful if you guys add stretching
YouTube & A daily alarm is free save ur $$$. The ratings fooled me....
This is great way to build up your will to work out
Great apps ever... no subscribe one time purchase. Great contents to follow up. Thumb up and recommend to everybody who working all day in chair
Good, rigorous workouts. Very challenging but achievable. One major flaw though: if you start with the free (ad-supported) app, and then upgrade to the Pro app, the does not appear to be any way to bring your data over with you. The app supposedly syncs to Google Fit and can store your data in the "cloud" (Google Drive), but it doesn't pull that data out and plug it into the upgraded version. You have to start all over again!
Lowering to a 2 star. App should store data in the cloud as well as locally on the device. Had to factory reset my phone and now my workout data is gone. Bad enough that weight inputs aren't synced to google Fit, but now I don't have any data. Please add sign in using Google account, backup app data to cloud, stretching routines, and see if weight entries can sync to Google Fit. Because of the data was stored locally, I'm now looking for another app.
Had the free version that kept data in cloud, don't understand why removing ads also removes my sync and previous workouts. On top of that, I can't skip ahead to where I left off. Tried uninstalling and going back to free version to keep the sync and it won't connect with play services to get my data back... Very disappointed. I do like the routines, but app and syncing needs work.
Could be better. First the voice, it's annoying, so "robotic" it would be nice if you could change it to something more pleasant, until then it's off. Then in the rest periods it doesn't tell me how much to rest, it would be nice if it would automatically start the timer, and then when it's time to start the exercise to automatically going to it without me manually having to press "next" . When in exercise it would be nice to set up a pace and to start counting the laps for me so I won't lose focus and keep up the pace.
This is a great way to stay in shape , or at least a great start for someone to kick off their New Year's resolution. It has everything from arms legs abs or even full-body, with the intensity growing with every workout. My only gripe would be that the estimated calories burned is ridiculously off when compared to are there Fitness counters.
I used to train hard, got older and the idea of starting what I used to do was too daunting. I'm giving this 5 stars because was not daunting, got me started slowly and sustainably. The result is noticeable now and I am very pleased. It's true there some functionality missing if u change your phone or from basic to pro you lose your previous days. However, the hard part they got right, this will get you started again or started for the first time without any special equipment and in a sensible progression.
I love the app overall. The ui is simple but helpful, the exercises are customizable difficulty-wise and I just enjoy it overall. The one thing I would add would be a section for stretching to get you properly warmed up for your workout
A great way to get moving and motivated after a few years of gaining weight and losing fitness level. Would recommend highly if you've been talking about losing weight/getting fit but never seem to stick to it.
I have a busy schedule, a big fam and going to the gym is out of question for now. This app has been a great solution for me - using only your body weight to exercise is a great idea. After only a few days using the free version i bought the full version. Cons: the stuff i did on the free version did not transfer over; a simple warmup routine would make this app perfect - all u would need.
I want to see statistics for periods (day, week, month, year, custom period). During period: How many calories were burned, how many times I did specific exercise, how many rounds. It would be good to add export report in CVS format for example.
Nice, motivating app for short workouts at home. I wish the instructions were clearer when it comes to exercises requiring switching sides. For example "45 bird dog" is it 45 on each side or in total? Some exercises seem like it's in total, some like its on each side.
I liked the free version enough to buy the pro version. However the pro version didn't carry over the progress made or data stored in the free version. Also the very useful calendar disappears in the pro version. I'd like this rectified or a refund. Having contacted the developer 4 times with no response, I wouldn't be in a hurry to buy anything from them again.
A little disappointed. Iv upgraded from the free version to the pro. I noticed the bmi calculator function is missing in the pro version. Why is this?
I really like that the app offers a reminder, has several difficulties, and can be used at home.
I find this application quite useful, I could still exercising at home. However, some features are missing, such as animation guides which are more accurate on the free version and data saving system doesn't present. It could be more interesting if some features were added. Please fix it and I wouldn't hesitate to give it a 5 rate stars. Thank you
It is great if you are busy and dont have a time to go to gym, all the exercise can be done at home. If you are a beginner start from easy one..it gets rougher every day..overall it is nice
No cloud sync on this version if the app. The free version has the capability. Lost all my data. Shame, because the free app is really good. Save your money.
My only issue is the voice is very robotic sounding but other than that I love this app. Has many different levels from easy to hard that you can choose for your 30 days. Also love that you can choose which area of the body you want to target.
I used this for 3 months along with a big change in diet and dropped 35 pounds. It really works but you have to stay dedicated.
The only app which has kept me going. The plans are very balanced and doable. I would have liked having reminders. And a short primer/FAQ on *I can't do push-ups at all. What are the alternatives?*.
Great app but missing cloud sync. That's really annoying.
It's awesome to achieve incremental goals and get to where you finally want to get. However, synchronization issues prevent me from giving it five stars.
I wish I could go back to a previous workout/day and see how long it was and how many calories I burned. I just had to repeat the same time through my daily exercise to get my burned calories and it was annoying.
I luv it. Never felt better since starting this app.
I paid for the pro version because I thought it was a good app, but I can't sync to the info saved in the old version.
One of the most motivating apps I've ever used! Toning my body, making me stronger, and reducing gut in mere weeks!! The real deal!
This is the best app i have come across for an at home workout. I can feel muscle gain and toning. Im happy to pay 3 bucks.
Great instructions and easy to follow. I started with a free version and got the add free version only for $2.99. It feels like I have a personal trainer.
I'm a procrastinating perfectionist couch potato and this is amazing--it's simple and persistent and it works. The 5 minute all body workout has replaced my afternoon coffee as a pick me up.
I paid 3$ for an app with lower version than the free one? It even doesn't have the sync feature.
I am doing this app with my little cousin and it's so fun!
Kicks serious ass. Starts off small and gets harder.
Disappointed. pro version does not support sync data to cloud like free version.

It's slowly to sync to Gfit. I suggest the developer to link with underamour site as well. Tq
