Instructions:
* this app disables the old Etiquette functionality and takes you to the Market to install the new one
* ***Install Etiquette from the Market***
* hit the back button and the old Etiquette will be uninstalled
This was necessary as the old Etiquette release was set up in a way that was not compatible with other apps I am working on.
android.permission.DELETE_PACKAGES permission is required so the app can delete itself when it's done.
The new version of Etiquette is so much more awesome :)
