Poof

This app really needs work. Since it was installed I have gotten a message that says "poor network. Try again later" whenever trying to do anything. Update** After a week and talking to the customer service I am returning this product because it is absolutely useless. I have gotten the same error message after trying several phones and networks. The issue is the app lacks support and could not have been thoroughly tested. Completely disappointed.

Stopped syncing with device. Customer support non existent. I uninstalled and installed app again. Forgot password and still waiting (2 days) for email to reset. Again customer support is a joke. Bought a Fitbark and will use that instead.

Attempted to try to sync on 2 phones, app keeps crashing. Not gonna stress and just return the product.

This app just crashes and crashes... it let's you create a account and log on but once it loads the app suddenly crashes right away I feel like u water money on these things. Oh well

App works fine, but the tracker is flawed. The first one I received worked well until a firmware update, it then died. A replacement was sent & this lasted until I went to recharge it and it wouldn't recharge. I contacted Poof again and was told another replacement would be sent. Sadly it never arrived and all further communication with them has been ignored.

Can't even log in. I made the account and now it just crashes over and over. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the same thing happens. Total failure.

Been struggling with this product for months. First the hardware failed and they sent a replacement -- 5 weeks later! The app failed in every way, so I tried resetting the password and never got a reset email. Uninstall/reboot/reinstall is a waste of time. My guess is that the owners of Poof fired everybody who does development and support and they just hope to keep sales $ flowing in through Christmas. After that - "Sayonara, suckers!"

I don't know if I would like this app or not since it doesn't work on my phone, the app keeps crashing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it with no luck. I recieved the tracker as a gift, unfortunately it seems to have been a waste of money.

Keeps shutting down sooooo frustrating. I've never been able to use it .

Fun way to track my dog's activity

Interesting idea, would be more inclined to update frequently if there was a better designed social platform or additional/detailed metrics to track aside from "activity/rest". It's fun for 2 days and then it's the same thing all the time truly. Track steps? Heart rate? Specify activities? Track weight? Flexible daily meal input?

I absolutely adore the fitness tracker! This app helps me keep in touch with my other friends with pets and challenge each other. It's amazing to see how much sleep our pets get!

The plastic ring holding the device broke in less than a day and now it is lost.

It doesn't seem to connect or operate well at all. Fix it.

I have been using this app for a little over a week and love it!

This is such a sweet app. I love seeing what my dog is like while I'm gone. I wish I could mark the activity to identify what the high activity was, like walks and play sessions. So when looking back I am reminded what that was.

This app is easy to use and super cute. I haven't really used this app to help my pets get fit, but it's fun to check up on how their days went.

To much trouble, it won't stay sync and it is just a whole lot of effort for more real benefits.

Love Poof! Great little device that puts my mind at ease. Now I know if my dog walker really showed up since I can see my dog's activity in the App.

Poof is a great app! It helps you to stay informed with your pets activity during the day and monitors sleep at night. Just what we need to keep pets healthy.

I love it. Tracking the activity and knowing if I am over or under feeding is the best.

Why isn't working?????

Only syncs part of the time despite fresh batteries. Very frustrating even though the Bluetooth connection is there and the Pea flashes before sync attempt then failure. Firmware updates are very difficult and unintuitive.

There have been improvements to the app since it first came out because I saw this and obtained one at Global Pet Expo in Orlando and I'm impressed. It installed easily on both my Android device and Apple IPad. The device itself is amazing. The app is, thus far, great. My suggestion for further improvement on the app would be some kind of on screen help mode to show you how to access and use the features. But...it seems to work beautifully.

Poor function

Worked great the first week, now everytime it syncs chunks of data are missing or no data comes across at all. They told me it's a bug they are working on. Useless until it's fixed.

I really liked it.....when it worked. Now it always gives me a 'connection failed' message and will not update my dogs activity.

I recently set it up and had no problem. The next day there was an update and it hasn't worked since. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, then I deleted my pea and tried resetting it up. Says can't find it and holding the Pea right next to it. The Pea's battery is good, because just as it says not found, the lights on the Pea light up. Was really looking forward to it. Also noticed, doesn't work well in cold. Updated after newest supposed fix 1/12/17. Nothing changed. Still doesn't work.

Doesn't track location or allow for lost alerts, which was the main reason i bought these things. It constantly fails to connect, no matter how close I am, and the food reccomendations are ridiculous.
