RealPresence Mobile is an easy-to-use video app that provides premium quality audio, video and content sharing. Cloud-based deployment gives users access to enterprise directories at the swipe-of-a finger. Users simply highlight a name, connect, and then collaborate.

To ppl that have issues..read the Release Notes. Not all androids are supported due to their hardware...simply they can't handle processing RTP H264 media. For network/3G/4G issues...it is not RPM but your network or video infrastructure. Log a ticket with your IT Support, Telco or VC provider.

After the most resent update to 3.7 RealPresence mobile. It will no longer register through our RPAD. Message on app says "local certificate verification failed" Version 3.5.1 and earlier works fine.

This is great application, except the fact it shows as unavailable for Android 6.x, even after the update history says it has been updated for Android 6.x. Does anyone understand why?

I have two Polycom Group 500 connected behind Edgeprotect 4550. When I make a call from my cell phone using 4G verizon connection drop after 30 to 40 second. Tested with Sprint phone connection never drop but I can't see remote users but they can hear me and see me. Using Time Warner Cable dedicated circuit.

Wow with the Note 4 and the latest Rev 3.4 it is now capable of sending and receiving 720p. New added profile features with option to show a photo when muting your video camera. Need release notes for 3.4 on Polycom site.

App works perfectly and was able to register to my own SIP server. Only issue I have is it doesn't close, unless you use an app manager and kill the process. Then, it will sometimes restart the main service again, by itself. I don't like this happening, as it is a very battery hungry app. Other than that, no drama, but this is a big deal, when the phone battery is dead after 4 hours. 5 stars if an update can be made to fix this, so when exiting the app gracefully, it actually stops the main process.

I use this to test VTC codecs for work and it's great! Video quality is decent and tx and rx audio are good. I would not want to use this as my main access to VTC calls, but as a tool for testing it's perfect.

The app appears to be broken. The EULA cannot be accepted as the OK button is greyed out.

Going into settings and force stopping is hardly a good solution

I would give high rate if not major problem- video is not displayed connecting to Tandberg MXP 85, the same for polycom test endpoints. Other side can see me.
