RealPresence Mobile - Tablet

Didn't work - the icon would minimize in the taskbar and wasn't able to control anything like outgoing video or volume, wasn't able to mute. I had to drop out of the conference. I ultimately had to do a cold shutdown of my tablet because I couldn't get the software to respond or stop.

Worked well until Smasung 10.1 was updated to ISC. 9/2 reinstalled now working well again. Thanks for the quick fix polycom. Now the only thing missing is Far End Camera Control.

I bought a tablet just for this and when it updated to ICS it stopped working. This company does not have good support in their forum and is not actively developing their software. Jellybean came out months ago many systems are updating to it and they don't support it.

i wish it had the capability to control the "far end" camera!!! but overall, the App is almost perfect

Glad to see the next version of this app. Iots excellent to be able to call into my regular video conferencing rooms from anywhere.

Calls itself 'Video' on the device (confusing and difficult to find it), cannot be stopped (no 'Exit' function, always runs), has an option to specify gatekeeper but does not allow looking up anybody on said gatekeeper and has no address book of its own.

Good look and feel, only complaint is no built in exit. Have to go through settings, apps etc etc.

H.323 calls worked beautifully on a Transformer Prime with HC prior to an OTA update to ICS. Now it just times out and has an error about not being able to use the video device.

Not working on ASUS Transformer Prime (ICS 4.0.3). Please update. Don't like seeing the Polycom login screen at the start or give us an option to use our CMA server instead. Needs to have sign-out and exit features. I don't want the service running all the time. Uninstalled for now.

says that the Asus Slider is not compatible. Can we get support for ths device?

Is there a different solution or a way in the one where I can share more than just a pdf or picture. Can I not share my screen?

I can't find anything that says it doesn't work on a Nexus 9 Lollipop. But I can't connect to a live room, which is working on other devices in the room!

Hi. The app is great for use with TIPT and with other VC infrastructure, however I would like to be able to EXIT the app and not have it constantly running in the background, especially when on leave. Can an "Exit Application" button be added to the options menu in the next update?

Does not support encryption so you can't connect directly to Polycoms that require it.

Works very good on Nexus 7. Could use some camera control features, but other than that it is easy to use and works good to to video conference with other devices or when connecting to the system in a video conference room

With the office we got 7 tablets of galaxy 10.1 version 3. Doesnt work on any of em. App stops before launching app. Again: main reason to get this tablet was for polycom and powerpoint. Very disapointed.

For some reason the app zooms in dramatically when a call is started. I can get my image in frame properly prior to starting the call, but as soon as the call starts is zooms in gets way to close. I don't want to sit 10 feet away from my tablet just to fit in the screen. Seems to be an issue on both the phone and tablet versions. Tested with Nexus 7 (2013) and Galaxy Note 2.

This is a grewt app. But from few days i am not able to launch it, as it says you have a tegra 2 device and you should upgrade tegra 2 version, but the version is not available on play store.

Since the last update, I can no longer send and receive video when connected on a call with an MGC. Everything is fine with an RMX, but I do need to be able to havd videoconference throught an MGC sometimes...

Works well on Asus Tablet TF201 running Android 4.1.1 ok on Samsung Galaxy 2S.

hello i have waited for support on nexus 7 long time and finally its here from my checking as video tech guy that work&install polycom end points. i have problem calling some hdx systems ...on on diagnostic mode its seem to work.. on call back its working ,other mobile devices its working like ios 4s and ipad 2. thanks any way.

Actually it doesn't even start -- instant crash when attempting to launch the app. Android 4.2.2. on Motorola Xoom MZ601

Unable to run on Android 4.1 and above. Error message on system boot and on load attempts. Samsung Galaxy tab 8.9 (older version worked well on honeycomb)

It keeps shutting when I open it plz fix it deserves 5 stars
