ZaPollz

Use this mobile App to create poll for any topic (serious or fun) in your mind.

Two different types of polls can be generated:

1. Public Poll:

Public Poll is a great tool in collecting group or mass opinion.

- Creation of public poll requires Google or Facebook login credentials.
- Poll creation requires three inputs – Topic, Options and Expiry Date. You can also use images in Topic or Options.
- Recipients / voters of poll are not defined during creation of such a poll, so anyone can vote for public poll.
- A Poll image is created as a result of poll creation. Poll image gives directions on how to view and vote for this poll.
- Poll image can be shared by poll creator through ANY communication medium (WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Email, Print Media etc.) for people to caste their opinion.
- Voting can be done by recipients, either through a browser or using ZaPollz App.
- The poll result can be seen in an exciting graphical output. One can touch the option bars in the result to see how many recipients voted for that option. Result can also be saved as an image format for publishing.


2. Private Poll:

Private Poll is used when Poll is to be created between a defined or a known group of people.

- Private Poll creation requires four inputs - Topic, Options, Recipients and Expiry Date. You can also use images in Topic or Options.
- Recipients are selected using their mobile numbers in one or more of following ways:
a. Your phone book.
b. Though Groups (created by yourself within the App)
c. Adding any mobile number manually
d. Attaching a CSV file. If you have a list of mobile numbers identified in a spreadsheet, simply save it as a CSV file and attach it as recipients while creating a poll.
- A Poll Image is created as a result of poll creation. Poll image gives directions on how to view and vote for this poll.
- Recipients having the App will receive the Poll immediately. For others, Poll Image need to be shared by creator using ANY communication medium (WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Email etc.).
- Voting can be done by recipients, either through a browser or using ZaPollz App. A recipient will be able to vote only once.
- The poll result can be seen in an exciting graphical output. One can touch the option bars in the result to see how many recipients voted for that option. Even name of the user who voted for that option can be found by touching the bar (if Named Voting was selected while creating the poll).
- Result can also be saved as an image format for publishing.
- There are many other features inbuilt into the App.

There can be numerous use cases for this app depending on situations. This app is a simple yet powerful tool for gathering quick opinions and coming to conclusions.
