POKET Rewards -Vouchers &Cards

Unusable. Just get a black screen when trying to load store card or rewards voucher. Constantly crashes. Too cumbersome for rewards points to get loaded in stores. Just awful.

Great way to shop

Complete failure as a voucher redemption or rewards app. With apps like this, we're better off sticking to good ol physical cards.

Unstable app that likes to freeze. This app is a disincentive to use loyalty points... how to hold up the queue at a retailer.

It hangs every time I try to get in.

Sluggish, ugly, very bad interface in 2015, STILL sluggish, ugly and bad in 2017. Points for being consistently bad throughout the years. The restaurant I often go to no longer uses them (thank god) so I am glad I can finally uninstall this crapware that can't even afford proper QC and UX.

Need to type full id each time to login. Is there a faster method? Cannot delete old messages in inbox.

Hangs on scanning receipt. Opening takes close to 10 secs. On samsung s7.

Downloaded for only 1 card and it hangs when I wanna scan the receipt

I downloaded the app because I could receive loyalty points for dining at one of our fav family restaurants. I get rewarded just for eating there

Crashes everytime it is being launched.

Facebook login does not work. Email sign up is buggy. Do not waste your time.

Set it on and off many times but it still pop up on my screen... super irritating!!

This app can't be closed!!! Other than that, the rest is still acceptable though it is slow

How do I remove my account from poket? Created a new account and couldn't use my current card points.

Went to use at shop today. Not the first time it has crashed. App is always open. Told me it was used on another devise. Don't know how. Only got app on ph. Went to sign in with Fb told me I can't at this time. And can't sign in using my email. Waste of time. But need it as a shop I use now uses this useless app. Have uninstalled and reinstalled and still can't sign in with face book

The Poket customer support team was helpful & fast in rectifying the issue. Thanks. Previous message: Tried downloading fr Google Play but it took ages looping without installing. Too bad!!!

App freezes and then hangs my phone. Lags quite a fair bit. I also absolutely hate how it creates a folder in my Photos and saves the category images there, mostly because I like to keep my files organised so it drives me nuts.
