I just have the Pointvest screen at the moment and no help button. App gives great signals to follow. These appear to be very well thought out and not some computer generated signal. Alerts come in to inform of new signals and they arrive in enough time to put in your orders. Logging into the app is difficult at times - however their team are working on it. Alerts arrive in advance and you have enough time to get logged in to see the signal and place your order. Support also contacted me. I wish every support person I had to deal with was as "supportive" and nice.
