Minute Surveyor is simply the fastest way to write Official RICS Homebuyer & Building Survey reports. You can use pre-defined report “phrases” to write the content of your reports within a matter of a few taps and simply hit the export button to produce a detailed Homebuyer report laid out to the exact specifications of the RICS.

By signing up to Minute Surveyor you get a 30 day Free trial so you can see for yourself how fast you can produce your RICS Homebuyer & Building Survey reports. After the 30 day Free trial has ended, the subscription cost will be £30 per month, per user. If you choose to use the official RICS Homebuyer or Building Survey report templates there is an additional cost of £5+VAT per report.
