Podio for Android
The mobile version just sucks... It is really bad and it is not user friendly. It always signs me out. Really like using desktop version, but it needs alot on mobile part...
No "remember me" feature. Keeps logging me out everyday. Will reconsider my review after this problem is solved - Issue was solved so changed my rating. Thanks for the update
Iam not able to signin into the app..
Clunky layout, but usable.
Constantly logs out.
I LOVE PODIO
Was working great until the last update. Now I can no longer access it directly from my podio mention emails. Opens up the browser every time when it used to give me a choice between the browser in the mobile app. Technical support can't help me and doesn't have an ETA on when the issue will be fixed. Honestly it sounds like they really don't care. Will start looking at another CRM.
This app keeps logging me out and taking over my screen. It was fine before. It's been happening in the last several weeks and same thing happens to someone I frequently help with tech stuff. Reinstalling doesn't help. We NEED this to work! We use it for our non-profit work and Podio is amazing, but the app leaves a lot to be desired unfortunately. Please fix the logout bug!
*Update* 10/17, Been using this app nearly 5 years or so, is had its moments. Makes my field reporting manageable, allowing leadership to collaborate the data, creating effective uses to improve productivity. Also gives me proof of changes and details when necessary.
Well... The app is rarely updated, bugs hang around for years. For example, underscores in URLs will be interpreted as markdown and make it italic instead of... working. Since a few weeks, the app doesn't maintain the logged in state — I have to log in every day. I see that others have mentioned that issue too, and of course it hasn't been fixed since bugfixing obviously isn't a top priority.
Need to fix logout bug. I'm logged out every day, sometimes multiple times a day and I need this app to function to do my job.
I love Podio and the app works great when I'm out and about
Keeps logging me out automatically
Desconectando sempre
Thanks
Works great, but I would like to be able to scroll within deliverables. Now only 3 suggestions show up, if the one you are looking for isn't there you'll still have to use the desktop version.
Requires waaay too many permissions.
The app does not send out notifications consistently. I receive no notifications anymore for chats. I would like to change email address but can't. I cannot turn off or on the notification that I want. So I have to constantly check for responses. This is an app for BUSINESS and functions below par. Forget trying to manuever workspaces. Get a serious business person to help by working alongside to improve and repair problems. Yes, have to use app as my chain of command still loves it.
Much less functional than desktop version. But good enough to stay updated with notifications and reminders and do quick edits or comments on particular items. Though there are some points I would be happy to see fixed: 1. There is no task list visible for particular item, which is just silly! 2. No manageable layouts to see items (calendar, table, cards, badges), just a simple list of items. Very uninformative. 3. No polls available in comnents. 4. It doesn't work offline. Ok, I can live with that, but even if you trying to write a comment between underground stations (to send it when online again) it keeps showing "there is no network" message and this message is shown above the keyboard so it doesn't let you type. Very annoying. To sum up: fine, but could be better.
Push Notifications only sometimes show up but mostly not which is highly annoying as I need this for my work. Already checked app permissions in my S5 and it's all good, so definitely a problem with podio app I'd say.
Crashes everytime I try to scroll down an item making the app worthless. My friend has the same problem with his Oneplus One.
App is good but I am not getting notifications of messages and other tasks .All the settings are correctly applied but no notifications.
I've generally only used the desktop version but have started branching out I to devices. Thank God I have an iPad because the android version is terrible! Half of the browsing options available in ios simply don't exist for the android version.
Podio is, hands down, the best CRM and project management software in existence. That being said, the Android app does not live up to the standards set by the web application. It does not update in real time. You have to save changes one at a time, which makes things complicated and cumbersome when you rely heavily on automations. The layout and dated. And, images are not formatted in a way that makes them easy to do quick overview of dashboards, etc. My entire business is on Podio, but I always use only the computer to access it because the Android app is way too difficult to manage in the field. Bring real time updating and functionality that is similar to the online application so I can fully use Podio for what it is intended for!
Good app but I get logged out constantly which is annoying..
I might be biased
Workplace chat
Podio
Logs me out all the time. Totally defeats the purpose.
Still missing bunch of Desktop features like polls.
A very good idea, but not what we need
Hi team. With a recent update, it no longer works on my phone. Tried restarting but still not working... help please?
Boo, podio. Why do you need such unlimited access to my phone? Much of this is none of your business! Feeling defiled in exchange for using your app.
Perfect
When a customer needs to get looked up, it is very easy to do so. I'd 5* this app if it could have a reports dashboard like on the website. The real time data is important to me. I just have a link to the website on my phone, but it should still have that feature since it's very difficult to change reports from a phone.
I sometimes dont get notifications - especially on new tasks and comments and/or mentions. These are critical points and Im sure I dont have notifs turned off.
Works pretty good on both for both pc and iPhone, but development for Android was half assed. Users need the ability to customize the user interface to make it what we need it to be. Menus that make sense on other platforms are confusing on droid and I didn't understand why the boss is trying to use this system until I saw the other systems.
This App has good UI but it's unfortunate I can't seem to add people/connections to it. My friends have it but we can't add each other. How do we go about it?
The app repeatedly loss me out and starts up on its own. Even when logged in, many of the features available in the website, such as polls, are fully inaccessible.
