Pocket Points™ for Android
Works well on my Galaxy S7! There are small bugs, but it's basically free money, so I can't complain. Also, tip: free points for using code +65aa
Pocket Points is a great service, but the Android app is garbage. It locks up my entire phone every time I open it and is missing basic features.
Cool idea with great deals, but the app kills the battery, overheats my Galaxy s7, and makes it crash. Not really worth it, imo.
Works well and is basically free money. Small bugs and issues with interface but overall works well
It totally froze up my phone, twice. Both times I used it. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8, and it did it to my husband's phone too and he has the S7 edge. Had to restart it both times.
Cool easy way to get discounts on websites, local businesses, etc. You get points to redeem these discounts by simply opening app and locking your phone while on campus.
When it's open my phone runs extremely slow and gets really hot.
Earn points. Get free things. No reason to not get this app.
I used to love this app but now it crashes ever time I try to open the app.
I really like this app, but I wish it would expand to more locations. I went to a restaurant that said only one location accepted pocket points.
Froze my phone, not even usable
I love Pocket Points!! I get free food all the time for staying off my phone in class. Great idea.
Good stuff. The vouchers aren't always great, but it is a good motivator.
Useful tool for focusing on work, but at times it is glitchy
Lagged and crashed my phone
Need to add texas A&M Corpus Christi
Need more options for points redemption
Free 10 points yLwFz
Needs more companies but it's a great idea!
LOVE POCKET POINTS!!!! Literally the best app for college students!!!
Great for college students.
Good to save money

Great app
It's great when it works! The new update won't even allow me to open the app. Even when I'm not using the app, I get a pop up that pockets points is not responding, it's really annoying. I tried to delete and reinstall but it much just be the version. Very unfortunate.
Pretty good, whish more local companies would opt in.
I like it a lot
It's nice when I remember to have the app running
Amazing coupons that make spending money on food worth it!
Easy way to save money.
Great, easy way to earn rewards while keeping tabs on your phone use during study. My only complaint so far is that there are places that put limits on days or times you can redeem them, but the app lets you spend the points anytime putting a 24 hr time limit on redeeming. I just spent points on a reward that I can't redeem because I missed the fine print on the store that said only valid Fridays between 2 and 6pm. I would suggest adding programing that won't let you spend points on deals that you can't redeem.
Easy to use, because you get rewards for something you should be doing anyway. The deals are pretty good and easy to take advantage of. I wish there were more local deals than there are online ones, because I buy food with pocket points, but the options are somewhat limited. The app can sometimes be glitchy with loading and location.
Great! My only problem is that iPhone users (most of my friends... ikr eww) cannot see android users on the leader board. I'm usually in first place but nobody can see my competitive butt in #1st place! Not the biggest deal, still love this app!
Pretty pointless app that uses up power. It only works about half.the time and when it finally does its buggy and you don't accumulate points. The discounts are silly and rather pointless for college students. Don't waste you time with this app
I like this app, but it's not dependable. Sometimes I turn it on before class and make sure it says "lock phone" before locking my phone, then double check the message "you are now earning points" shows up, but after class I find that it still wasn't earning points the entire time. Additionally, sometimes it takes minutes to load or doesn't load at all, even after exiting out and restarting the app. It's very frustrating to have an app that only works some of the time.
It's a great idea. I'm normally off my phone in class already. The thing is that there were people going around my school setting up posters for this app and advertising that you coule get a lot of free stuff. When in reality it is almost entirely coupons you can already easily get by going a different route with couponing. Most of the "deals" are for places I would never go to. So far the best coupon I've found was a $10 large pizza with 2 liter soda at papa johns. BUT I literally have a magnet on my refrigerator that says 6.99 large pizza. I bet if i bought the soda separately it would be less money. Like come on guys really? This app should over cheap gift cards of like $5 or $10. That way the users feel like they are getting something out of it while the app and associated business still makes money. I don't know about you but I'd gladly spend more than $5 on amazon with a giftcard and still feel good because I earned a gift card.
Getting free stuff and discounts for not using your phone?? Genius! As a college student I can say this is a money saving app! I only wish it was less buggy for Android users. This app has frozen my phone completely on several occasions...
I love the app, but hate that the leader board doesn't always work. My rank at my university has been "none" for a week even though I have the points to be at or near the top. The competitive aspect is another motivator so I'd like the leader board to work.
I love the idea of this app. It really encourages me to stay off my phone during class. The only things I would change is it really seems to drain my battery and I wish the coupons were good for more locations or weren't all buy 2 get one free... I'm just one person lol but I'm sure this just depends on location

This app crashes or freezes my phone all the time. Great deal and service it provides, but the app itself is so irritating to use
