You have to rate the app to get the games portion. The included counting/number feature is fine but could be better. For example, when you touch the number 9 it shows a picture and says "nine trees." Then if you try to touch the trees, to count them, for example, it switches back to the picture of the number. This seems like it will limit the ability of a toddler to learn the number and counting. So, my suggestion is to let the toddler count up by touching the pictures as well.
