Note!!! There are multiple reports on connection issues up to ECU malfunctioning when using adapters with MAC addresses: 66:35:56:... strongly recommend to avoid this adapters! Other chip adapters marked with ELM327 v2.1 also have a lot of issues! Please contact us by mail to report troubles with adapters, would be nice to have the following info: naming, MAC address, ELM327 firmware version info and/or connection log, This will help to create list of potentially dangerous adapters and share this information with other users.

Fuel Economy parameters now supported as beta version feature, please note that for correct calculation you may need to enter proper Engine displacement (in cubic cm) and volumetric efficiency (in %, the default is 80)
Note!!! Avoid simultaneous running of multiple OBD reading applications, be sure that other applications are not keeping live OBD connection.

For checking codes, this is great ! But I can't seem to find an answer to this question, maybe someone can help me. What more do you actually get for the paid "full" version of this app ? If it's useful info, I have no problem paying for it but without knowing the benefits I'm not going to attempt it. (I don't know this company but cancelling a paid subscription usually isn't as easy as you would think it should be) Any help is greatly appreciated

So far, so good. Diagnostic works in Accessory mode - first key turn, before starting the engine. Voltage reading is exactly the same to a tenth digit as my DC voltmeter. It's a Ukrainian app, and English translations could be improved, such as "Japane" and "trouble codes are being fetching"! : )

Worked first time i used it, didn't work immediately the second time but after a while.of messing about (disconnecting OBD2 device, reconnecting it, connecting WiFi, disconnecting WiFi, deleting and reinstalling the app) i managed to get it working, 3rd time i have been trying everything to get it connected and it just will not work. I'm not sure if this is due to a faulty app update or what but it makes the app and device useless and a complete waste of money.

Except for the strange need to have my Location GPS services enabled at the initial setup, the rest is great. I have been using the app for almost 2 years and still really like it and appreciate developers' work.

The app works exactly as it should. And no less but no more also. I couldnt find the live data or the pids but maybe i missed them. I use obd3 and 4 but its what i do for a living everyday. Once in a while i need a scanner outside of the shop well its here on my phone and thats what this is for. So stop crying it wont work but then again your son probably programed your vcr. Also the person replying : Dude lay off the caffeine. People are idiots. Thank you.

This was my goto app for reading the check engine light and I was able to reset it until the recent update. Now you need pro. Sure, you need to pay for your work on this stuff, but this was the single best app for diagnostics and clearing the codes. I uninstalled it after I saw you need location information--why is this now required?

Doesn't connect to viecar 2.0 so as far i can tell, useless. The suggestion doesn't work to fix, just keeps disconnecting from device.
