Simple Email Registration Form

Instead of the old pen and paper way of getting people's emails at trade shows, events, demos, etc. you can now use an app! Very simple - stores the persons name and email and when they hit "Sign Up" it clears the fields for the next person.

You can go back and view a list of all the email addresses currently collected. When you're done, you can save the list to a CSV file which can then be opened in popular office programs, such as Excel.

If you want to delete all the emails you have collected, simply click delete all emails to remove them!
