Tesco Photo Prints UK

Updated version is terrible. Keeps saying upload failed and timed out within seconds of trying to upload! Whether I try 5 or 25 photos it does the same! Rubbish, not happy because I used to love how easy this app was!

After trying to ensure that all the photos would print correctly by using the crop function, I'm pleased to say that on the third attempt it didn't kick me out without saving my progress and I actually managed to place my order! I couldn't review my order, so I will need to wait for a week until I collect my prints before I will know if it cropped them correctly... 4 star review, unfortunately the app lost a star because of the inconvenience of having to perform the same actions on almost 200 photos 3 times... xXx

Picked up my photos today and the quality is terrible. Cheap thin paper and all the pictures are blurred. Now need to return them for a refund. Very disappointing.

Nothing but a blank screen. is this meant to be a joke ?

Everytime I try to upload photos the app crashes and closes!!

it kept crashing and logging me out so I still cant order my prints.

Just get a blank screen when I try loading the app

Wasn't to sure at first because of the bad reviews but downloaded it, selected my local Tesco then picked my photos up after 1 Hour, perfect

The app itself has problems, such as losing uploaded photos and order progress if you switch to another app and then come back to it. Another issue is not being able to see the photos in the order summary once ordered. I had photos missing when I collected from Tesco Surrey Quays, but it was hard to determine which were missing without being able to see which I had ordered. The app is a nice idea but, in actual fact, provides a poor experience which definitely needs work.

So i started to order two 10x8 glossy photos which stated the cost would be £2.40 click and collect 7 day service. When i went to check out it then said unit cost was £3 and total cost would be £6. THERE WAS NO EXPLAINATION AS TO WHAT THESE CHARGES WAS FOR. Very poor quality app and poor service. Nobody should be able to add fees at the checkout without a clear explaination as to what they are for. Seems excessive to say the least for two pictures.

The worst app ever! Doesn't accept my surname or mobile phone number or various landlines numbers...how rediculous. I'm really disappointed as I wanted to use it to pre order my prints so I wouldn't need to hang about in store or town with a toddler.

Ordered first set of photos,received someone elses,not a good start. Not happy. Still waiting for a response from them. Doubt if I would use again,already lost confidence in them.

I would like to commend Ian (Welsh Wizard). I sent an email and reported the missing photos that I ordered. To my surprise Ian offered to reprint the entire order and have it delivered to my home address for free. This is the kind of excellent customer service that we all want to get esp from Tesco. I am thrilled to use this app again :)

I wanted 8x6 images. Can't seem to choose them from the app!

Will not load says network issues...funny as nothing wrong with any other app on phobe. .. waste of time. Every little helps - REALLY!!!!

It keeps saying that I need to check my network connection but its fine and I can't upload pictures or anything Please fix this

Old app was fab.......New one is not fit for purpose !!!! I still have pre paid print credits that I am unable to use as I cannot access app. Tesco please sort this

Awful, if I could give this no stars I would, never connects so unable to use. Big letdown

Just bought a Hudl and this on it and it doesn't work. Very reassuring.

It doesn't even open, preferred the old one

Tried to open this app after Downloading it however would not open and kept crashing my phone, causing it to over heat after the second attempt I have removed it from my phone. Useless and waste of time downloading. I would strongly advise against installing this app.

Worked very smoothly for me and with the addition of 'ship to home' Great!

I have used the Tesco photo app for years and completed the update but can't get into it, says network issues even though I am on wifi and every other app works.

Old version was brilliant, suddenly with the upgrade it won't let you upload pictures.... I mean really! It's a picture app, what's the point? Just says connect to network all the time. Will find a new app now

Nothing wrong with old version, this version is worse than useless. Keeps saying experiencing network issues since I updated to the new version. Sort it out Tesco, not happy :-(

This app was great before no problems however, i had to do an update to be able to continue using this app and now it doesn't work at all saying theres a network error and wont load. I have a samsung galaxy s3. After the update i noticed other peoples reviews but gave it a week to see if the problem would be fixed and so far it hasnt. I will give tesco another week to fix the problem or i am going elsewhere as i need photos asap for a present... PLEASE FIX

Please help it keep saying not network connection when my phone is connected to WiFi. I checked all other apps and my Internet is working still it keep saying no network connections plz fix. I have note 4 samsung galaxy

It worked perfectly fine before the update and now I can't use it at all. Please fix! As soon as it is I will definitely change my rating as it is usually very fast and reliable.

When are you going to sort this, or even respond to all the comments. Please explain and correct fault.

Haven't been able to use this since the last update. It no longer connects, just a network error message. Thought the updates were to improve these apps not render them useless!

Couldn't get it to work. At least the earlier version worked.

Stating network issues despite being connected to WiFi. Poor from Tesco considering I'm using a Tesco hudl2.
