worst application. Please dont go for it. waste of time & internet data. Ridiculous management & customer service. customer executive receive calls after 1 hour of dial. stilll points not updated after 1 month of transactions.

Very worst service, asking bank details for rewardz updation which are privacy & should not be provided to any one, but how they are asking bank personal informations. Customer service is also very worst, they are asking for illegal information regarding bank details. ONE MUST NOT RUN & WASTE TIME BEHIND IT. MOST USELESS SERVICE.
Shows 'some error occurred' when I enter my customer ID and 'sorry, we are unable to process.....' when I enter my debit card number. Pathetic app! The reviews here also suggest that this app isn't gonna work fine even if I login. Uninstalling it!
You only make fool of your customers. There is no one to sort out problems of genuine customers only answers which customer gets wait for next week from your representatives. More than a month has passed no one is bother to attend call on toll free no provided by your so called bank
After updating this lots of issues I found In all screen login or register buttons not well placed first test the app before it update weather it is computable all screens. Sometimes it shows only launch screen it cannot move next screen. .
Please Tell all the branches to give details about this to customers to make them aware to use these things... sometime they donot know what sort of facilities they are having......
Nice, but I have some queries and problems. 1. How much time it takes to load my points? 2. I've mailed my problems to the contacts given in the app but I'm waiting for the reply. 3. Is it possible to get points for transactions made through PNB UPI app? Thank you.
It is showing negative point and when I tried to redeeption of this point , we got message " you don't have enough point to reddemption" . How is it showing negative point. Useless app. Old version was good but this one is tottaly useless.
There are no one to answer your querries inspite of so many reminder... They show fake rewards point even in negative, even there is no proper reward statement. Just use less app.
In Spite regular mail follow up and correct details they haven't activated my account in more than one month. Don't waste your precious time here. Update They will activate your account in 2 or 3 months and all your point is secure but you will get very less points. 4 point stands for 1 rupee which you can use for shopping or recharge.
Awesome. So far I got 110rs free recharge. But it would be great if you could increase the cash value of each point. Spending 100rs for ₹0.25 credit is a bit cumbersome.

I had done a recharge using rewardz point and some amount from my account. The transaction is failed but the points and amount deducted from my acvount is not refunded till now. Its about a month ago
Great app from PNB to encourage customers to use online transaction / debit card. U get bonus which can be used for some petty recharge
Pathetic app. Points deducted through m-point but purchase not completed. And those points just don't get refunded (around 880 pts) insite of complaints.
There are few problems that actually needed to be sorted out. 1. There should be an option to redeem the points and pay from account if the amount exceeds. 2. Mpoint feature is a total waste as I lost INR 350
Worst app!! It takes a lot of time and then it shows error. I tried recharging but it's shows invalid details. Please work on your app.
The articles sold on PNB rewards are very costly and delivery is poor. The shipping company feels it's all free and one Will not question even it is not delivered or not delivered in good conditio.
One of the best app.other banks like IDBI let's you to redeem only after 200 points and if you have less than 200 it will lapse,but Pnb rewards let's you so many options.awesome
Not a single mobile recharge success, customers care helpline sucks, they are tolled and even the executive don't pick up the call. Totally sucks
It is a good app, but very weak by its security features. I am saying it because I installed it and couldn't find any feature like password protected, or otp protected.

Sometimes app take time to respond. It works slow. But atleast working better then the state bank rewardz.
Point not add instantly. Point automatically deducted though i didnt use it for any facility from my rewards
I wish I could upload the snapshot...PNB in general is living in the Pashan Yug..Though unrelated but again concerns their Information Systems..even changing an ATM pin is impossible..even the bank staff raise their hands in desperation..if u are unable to maintain IT systems, stop pretending and stop trying
Before i download this app is good for use 20 days. But now it shows - 9rs balance. But i dnt knw how come it happens like this
Third class customer service.. My rewards are debited still recharge not done it have been 4 days after the amount being debited. No one receives calls on the customer desk. Please anyone suggest how to make complaint against them. Even I have emailed them the details of the recharge i have done from this aap using my rewards points. Well if this is going to happen I will b blessed to sue them in consumer forum. And afterall last but not the least "if you are not able to ans any calls on customer service desk then why did you provide customer care no??"
App is Not opening in my phones. i am using yu yuphoria, samsung j2. Only pnb rewards wallpaper is showing till many minutes. Developer please Fix it untill my offer expires
Tried to get movie tickets. The app would not respond after filling in the Region column or any column. Same for flights. The app needs to be responsive. Horrible experience, waste of time
There is a serious bug in this app. It doesn't automatically updated till date of record and many entries are missing.Kindly update it.Asap
3rd class app. I installed the app but the app was unable to process my request. It prompted a helpline number. The call gets connected but no one speaks up. It's such a sorry service.

Since I downloaded this app it is not opened a single time. Everytime whenever I tap the application it is showing only the welcome page that's it from there it is not moving further. I have tried many times but no success.
The new version has improved the user experience and made it more friendly and easy to use.

Reward points don't get credited to your account, very poor customer service. No replies on email and no one picks the customer care number !

The worst reward points system I have ever seen. You can choose products to redeem reward points but they will send not what you ordered but what is left out in stock. You want to return? No way. You may have to spend more than the product cost to return it by courier. You contact the customer support only to know how pathetic it is. At the end you will deicide to throw away the products, the rewards system too, to regain peace of mind. Extremely unsatisfied in every possible way.
