Zigy -Medicine & Health Online

In Delhi which is metro city and capital of India there is no delivery and its saying coming soon.

Dear sir,  i am order today very slow application I tri order for today 12.30 p.m & than ordered 17 36 pm & 17 56 phone from you says about rentac tablets please remove this tablet I am asking why he says this tablet is not in prescription I am say this simple acidity tablet so you cancelled tablet but  your Executive say you open the application & cancelled this tablet i am say  already my. 4 hours waste so you cancelled this teblats but after 1 minutes I received message your order cancelled

If you don't have stocks of medicines why you accept the order ? Why you verify the prescription of the unavailable medicine ? At last moment without my consent they removed the unavailable medicine.

Please check your app. I am not intrested to clarify your app mistak/ bug. Its your problem.

Dear zigy I am your very amazed about your price.very lowest price in the world.how can you give 1 kg Quaker oats MRP 174 but you sell for just 99 rs same like corn flakes & honey etc.award can be given for selling very low price. I hope all product original.

After i add the medicine to cart and then after checkout the cart keeps loading only and not able to proceed further. I had to order from website only. The app is off no use. Also not able to edit cart.

Few weeks ago I ordered medicines from this app in delhi,But now it is saying that service not available in your city.??

By mistake l order wrong hair oil and when I asked for return they are not listening.

Delivery date note mentioned ...We should be waiting when we will get ...atleast mention oppox date ..

I liked the app and their service. Good discounts and delivery in a day or max two. It would be great if delivery was same day or maximum by next day. Many people are complaining about there strict adherence to the doctors prescription. However this is necessary to avoid misuse. But different brand names of same generic drug should be approved.

Very nice experience with zigy got medicine, personal care products, kids care what not everything got just in 2 days... There is no fraud... No need to encourage friends atleast don't discourage... We are getting lot of coupons n lot more on zigy... Thanks a lot

First of all they take so long to deliver the Medicines. They list medicines on their website which they do not have. Once the order is placed they run here and there to procure the medicines. Thereafter making you wait for days just exactly half an hour before the assured delivery time they tell you that the product is not available. Medicines are something which a person requires immediately and in the shortest possible time. But this is a group of few losers sitting in Bengaluru trying to deliver in Delh

I order same item 2 times within 15 days and both times I received calls from zigy that they have no stock. Why didn't they mention out of stock on portel. Very bad service, not recommended to anyone.

They confirmed multiple times that the medicine was available but after one day of placing order they are telling it's not available. Wasted my 2 days of time.

Too many regulations. Wasting our time. Its better we go to medical store nearby and purchase instead of using this app.

I added a medicine in my cart. When i am clicking on the cart for further payment it can't goin me for payment option?? What should i do ??

No exit button, when ever you try to exit from app same page comes again and again

These days when even the neighborhood pharmacy shop offers 10% discount on MRP, Zigy offers nothing. MedPlus offers 15% off. Zigy will now be used only as a last resort.

Delievers medicines after 5 days n tells that it delivers within 24 hours..no proper response from customer care..dont order from this

It crashed while I was making a call. When I was about to report it, it just crashed again. Idk what you guys are doing bit the app wasn't eve turned on and it crashes

It is very nice app and company for buying online medicine and OTC products faster delivery with all legal process...I m also working in Zigy Delhi FC

Pathetic courier boys and unprofessional attitude of zigy customer service.. Will not recommend this to anyone....

Zigy is CHEATING CUSTOMERS by CHARGING WAY MORE THAN THE MRP of the medicines which is a criminal offense. For example, Crestor 200mg's MRP is shown as Rs. 324.7 whereas the actual MRP is Rs. 254. This is just one of the example. I even have screenshots but there's no option of uploading them here.

Excellent customer care. Customer oriented service. They work for customers not for themselves. Guys strongly recommend try at least once you will see the difference.
