This app blows! Seriously are you clowns purposely trying to go out of business!?!? I've been a member over 30 years now and the past few years have been horrible for everyone that is a member here. Banking is a service industry or have you forgotten this? We all have busy lives and don't appreciate having our time wasted with poor execution of this app and redundant service calls to unlock system that worked 10 minutes earlier and now doesn't for no apparent reason.

App logs you out if it loses focus, eg if you get a phone call when using it, if the display goes off, if you pull down from the top to look at notifications. Also gives no warning and logs you out if you press the back button one too many times which is pretty easy to do given the crappy UI design. I give it 2 stars only because it actually will show you your bank balances if your are very careful.

I rely on this app! When it works it's great! However, some days, it won't even let me on and then of course I get paranoid! Needs updating and needs to do more of what you can do through the website.

Enabled mobile banking on my regular online account, installed mobile app, took picture of check and made deposit in less than 10 mins. Incredible! Motorola Droid Turbo 4.

Barely have had the app for 2 days and am already displeased. I went all the way to the bank for an hour to figure this whole log in thing and once they figured it out and I was able to get in, few hours later I try to get in again and see how much money I have it locked my account! You guys seriously need to figure this out. The system sucks and seems to be self confused. I don't want to waste gas by going all the way to a credit union to just check how much money I have. Please fix this.

Like many other reviewers, I've been horribly disappointed in this app over the last couple of years. I recently downloaded it again, and it seems that they've finally improved it. I can check the balances in my accounts and transfer money easily. I've not tried the deposit feature yet. On my phone it still runs a little slow, but at least it is usable! Hopefully the credit union continues to make improvements to this tool.

First 2 weeks it worked now its saying error so I Uninstalled and reinstalled now app is asking me questions secret questions that were never questions that I assigned with my bank when I set my account up to use this app. So app is completely non functional.

This app works just as well as any other mobile banking app I've used. A ton better than Wells Fargo at least. The only frustrating thing is it will time out, but even that is better than leaving you phone open to banking on a table somewhere and having someone mess with you accounts.

When and if I can log in it seems to be just fine. However a few times a week the app says error occurred, for assistance please contact customer service, which isn't convenient when they are closed. It didn't even get to where I can enter my password. I try the website without the app and it asks me security questions I never assigned!

Outdated and painful to sign into. I use a password manager, but they have blocked the paste function in the password field. It's worthless.

When it worked I used it everyday! I haven't been able to open it for the past few months because of "system errors" ....I definitely maintained by bank account a lot better when it was up though so that sucks.

I wanted this app only to deposit checks remotely. Unfortunately it doesn't work. It allows me to take a picture of the front side of the check and then the app goes wonky and stops every time. Very frustrated with Premier on several levels, web site outages and changes, poor customer service, and now this.

The app is fine very easy to use can't figure out how other people can't work it maybe your phones just suck. Lg G3 works perfectly. If you log into the app from different devices it prompts you on your security questions it really seems like none of you people know what your doing don't use mobile devices if you barely know how to use a computer I've been a credit union member for over 20 years but with this app it makes me laugh that you would change financial institutions because of your own shortfalls.

I tried to like the new app. But after using it for 3 weeks now it seems like a step back. The old app had a nicer user interface. Not sure why premier went with this change. Its not terrible but definitely not better.*Update. Changed to one star from a 2 star rating. Functionality issues with logging in. Constantly asked for Security questions.

Downloaded this app mainly to deposit checks, unfortunately it doesn't work on my Galaxy Note 4. No matter how I frame the check it forces a crop on the vertical size of the check. Checks that are unusually wide (like my payroll checks) won't scan. It also won't work with my password manager, which means I have to type in password each time I use it. I've uninstalled it.

Mobile deposit camera won't focus on the check, there is a limit to the check size you can deposit through mobile. Lots of other small things. Like others said, pretty much unusable.

This app very rarely works. I've spoken to customer service about it and they don't seem to care. Terrible app, terrible customer service. I've been a member for about 25 years and I'm considering leaving because of changes over the past few years

Can't log in to accounts.. forced to answer questions I have never set up and the app almost always says "system error try again later" not being able to remotely see my account makes me want to leave this financial institution

According to their own website it says that this app is supposed to have a deposit option. I guess just not for android phones. There isnt even a deposit button to deny me by an operation failure. Absolute crap. Whoever wins the double deposit is a lucky person because apparently only a few actually get the correct app.

I've used this app on iOS and it works great. This version however doesn't support pasting of passwords from other apps like 1password and it crashes when you take a picture for remote deposit.

This app is unusable. Forced to answer random security questions before logging in (not the questions I have configured) and copy+paste is not allowed, making it useless with password managers. Not to mention the glaring security issues... Uninstalling.

This app used to be great. Then it started asking security questions. I got locked out and had to call in to reset my account. Now it asks for a username and then just asks me questions over and over, ones I never provided an answer to, and it will even ask me the same question multiple times. NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR ANY APP, ESPECIALLY ONE THAT MANAGES MY MONEY.

We have been members for 14 plus years, this app is the biggest disappointment from Premier Members we have ever experienced. The help desk is getting blasted with 10 to 15 minute wait times. The enhanced security is great if there were better walk through instructions for setting up the app and web based log in. Ok, off my soap box.

This app is a horrible sequel to the last one. First, it won't let me in AT ALL! Then, after several minutes of waiting, it asks me security questions that don't relate to me in any way possible! For example, it asks, "who was the best man at your wedding," but I've never been married! I liked the old version of the app. This one is a complete failure.
