Overall Goal Status View: Shows how your team is tracking on:
- Elapsed time
- Per cent Completed
- On Track Indicator

On Track Indicator: Shows how your work so far is tracking on a “goodness” or “quality” scale.
On Track Status is indicated on a scale 0-150% where:
- 0% means “Off track”
- Between 0% and 33% means “Warning”
- Between 33% and 67% means “Good”
- Between 67% and 100% means “Exceeding”
- Above 100% means “Excellent”
Note: A value 33% or above means that you are On Track!
Feedback:Shows “likes” on a scale 0-4 stars.
WIP List View: Each goal is shown with its title, creator name, completion date and On-track status. On track status is indicated by “traffic lights” showing Red, Yellow, Green, 2xGreen or 3xGreen. Red corresponds to
0% and 3xGreen corresponds to 100% or above.
Create Goal:[Private/Public].
Private means that only the goal creator (me) and the assignee(s) will be able to see the goal and its status.
The status of a “Private goal” is not included in the “Overall Goal Status” view.
Distribution List: Assign the goal to people in your team.
The status of an unassigned goal is not included in the “Overall Goal Status” view.
Achievements View:A goal must have at least one achievement.
Switch Numeric/Step: A “Step” achievement is something you can only achieve or not achieve. A
“Numerical” achievement is achieved on a scale, e.g. from 0-10, 0% to 100% or similar.
“Current” (Numerical achievement). Shows two values and three “traffic lights” that will reflect the manual setting of “Current Achievement Level”. The top field under “Current” shows the numerical representation of the achievement level. The field below shows the percentage representation of
the achievement level.
“Current Achivement Level” slider (Numerical achievement). Here you set the actual value of the
current achievement level, 0-150%.
“Work completed” slider. Here you set the actual value of how much work has been completed so far.
Step achievement value switch: Here you set the “goodness” value that achieving the step means.
The current achievement level of a step achievement will be 0% until “Work completed” reaches 100% at which point the “Current achievement level” for the step will reach the predefined “Step achievement value”, Good=33%, Exceeds=67% or Excellent=100%.
Example “Office expansion”:
You are growing out of your current office space and you need to expand or relocate.
You assign the goal “Office expansion” to a person in your leadership team. It has two achievements.
• “New office area”. A step achievement tracking if and when you have found a new area to expand or relocate to.
• “Financial management”, a numerical achievement where you track the budget for the project.
Example “Team Practise Attendance”:
You are a sports captain and you wish to track team practise attendance for all team members over 10 sessions.
You set up a numerical goal with “Excellent” = 10, Exceeds = 9 and Good = 8. Advise your team to keep the “Achievement level” updated to their current attendance (in per cent).
Example “Behaviour goal”:
Last year’s feedback on a person in your leadership team indicated areas he needed to improve when interacting with other team members. You set up a goal with all areas represented as step achievements and numerical achievements, whichever best represents the improvement area.
