PMCU Mobile

I can't login....it keeps telling me I have a "bad username/password" which means it's incorrect...but I checked with my nearby PMCU bank and was able to get into my account perfectly fine. This app is pretty sh*t now..I'm just trying to make sure I have money.

This version does not have remember me option or support for multiple accounts. Miss those features didn't realize android version wasn't full feature.

Why is there no remember me option? On top of random memember ID and unnecessarily complicated passwrod requirement this is a huge hastle.

Can't log in. I put in my CORRECT password and it says that it's incorrect. This app needs work.

This app needs to have add/edit payees & pending payments in bill pay. It should show PMCU inbox messages. It also needs the option to print documents for disputing a charge & statements. Charges are showing up twice! I downloaded the app because my phone browser says unsecured connection. So it's either this app or signing onto a computer which I currently don't have access to. The convenience is nice so I'd like it to have more functionality. I will rate 5 ☆ when these requests are met.

I used to be able to check my account whenever I wanted and transfer funds if needed. Now it won't even let me in the app. I go on the internet and when it works, I switch to the app and it says I don't have an Internet connection. Better rating if it's fixed

I've been using this app for a few years now. I like it. Its very simple to use. I haven't had any problems.

They don't help you get money back if it was from fraud. They don't have many stores that can help

First don't listen to people talk crap, its a decent app with contact information and a way to track your spending

Ive never had a harder time looking at my bank account

This app is dumb as hell, it locked me out of my account even though I know I used the right information. It sucks major #&*hole

It needs to have the times or purchases in order pending or not if I need to back track I get mixed up!

Been using since 1st created and it keeps getting better honestly. Oorah

Fix your busted app I can't even log on 90% of the time and I rely on it to bank

Congratulations PMCU your new app is worthless! It takes forever to load and still wont show me my balance in my accounts. Way to start off the new year sucking at life!!

This app is crap. You have to login your complete account info evovertime want to access your account. Unlike the apple store app, you enter your info once set a password and you can go into it smoothly and quicker when you sign in. I like iPhone apps better.

I try to use the app for my mobile banking and its horrible. Every time I try to open it, it crashes. The mobile deposit is even worse.It will snapshot your picture you assume it went through but nope it doesn't. You only find out days later that it didn't work. So save those checks. If you able to gain access with out it crashing try try again.

Nothing really new still barely has what u can do on a computer......don't like just like u need to get caught up in the times with atm deposits, loan payment printouts for the entire. Everything about pmcu is outdated. So frustrated even the company you use for fraud is a joke. They will shut my teens card off weekly but won't talk to mom. Give me a break. Then bull crap that it's the gas station. ..... u mean the same one my husband and I use and Never had a block on our card. Lots of kinks

Keeps on messing up check pictures, freaking out on cropping. Not sure if I should bank with an institution that puts out a piece of crap like this and call it a "banking" app

I liked the old version cause at least I could mobile deposit into my checking account. Now it won't let me at all.

Nothing appears on the screen. Its just the background and nothing else. It wont show me my balance

It will not let you mobile deposit that function does not work. Please fix that crap

I dislike the fact that I can only check my account on WiFi. It is not as convenient as I thought it would be.

The mobile deposit worked this version you can't get it accept a photo.

I can never login anymore after the first few times it just says inactive for to long and kicks me off as soon as I get on. Its crap

With this new mobile app, I have to uninstall and reinstall everytime I want to check my account for a mobile deposit. For some reason the app fails when you've logged in once. Uninstall and reinstall is necessary every time I use it.

All that can be said about the negative reviews is the app is only as good as the users. Just used for the first time and was able to make deposits and see balance immediately.

Wow, this has to be one of the most dysfunctional apps I've ever downloaded. The navigation is terrible, and be careful you'll get to a screen where you can't get back your accounts because there is no link to your account. It asks you to log in, but when you try to login, it tells you you're already logged in. This thing is terrible!

Is the website and app under construction?

They give you this bank when you're in bootcamp. It sucks.

Uninstall the depozip app because it only needs the pmcu app to work now

It is very confusing and doesn't tell you if you're negative then you use it and get charged a 20 dollar fee!

Not bad... pretty basic

Much smoother and more reliable.
