Latest version doesn't load at all

Loved the app, but it crashes after 2 to 3 mins. This always happens on my galaxy s4. Anything I can do to help troubleshoot?

Essential app for anyone who runs zoneminder.

I have been running zoneminder for years and the lack of a decent mobile client has been the largest drawback. This app fills that gap perfectly. Totally worth the cost of entry.

It works reliably. Something about the UI doesn't mesh with my brain, but I can remote monitor and review a specific point in time without drama.

The best zone minder app for android. The API wasn't too tricky to set up for an experienced person. Well worth the cash.

I never left a review before, or purchased an app before, but this app is worth it! I just spent the last 4 days setting up the surveillance system at our house and gosh zoneminder is great, but not easy to configure! Even the API which this app needs is complicated to get going, but nothing the developer can help with. All I can say, is don't give up on the process, it's worth it in the end! I'm so pleased with the whole system now and this app puts a nice finish on the security system! Thank you!

I seldom buy apps, but I just configured a ZoneMinder server and this appears to be by far and away best means of accessing it. Solid work by the dev. Thanks!

I don't know what is going on, I put in the correct information, and things work in the browser, except the app keeps freezing. .... update...I just figured it out, it was an issue with mod_rewrite not being set correctly in ZM, however there is still a bug in the app, cause it was acting as if everything was fine, with green on everything, but it was causeing the app to freeze and I had to clear out all the settings in the app and try again.

This is a great addition after you take the time to setup your Zoneminder installation correctly. I have this installed on multiple Android devices and also use the Desktop version. Great way to add a more user friendly interface. Worth every penny; one of a few installed apps that is actually useful.

A thoroughly professional app and by far the best way to access your Zoneminder server. As if that weren't enough there's now also a version for Windows! If only all apps were up to this quality, worth every penny. Keep up the great work!

zmNinja sets up without a hitch, works great, and, along with Zoneminder, does everything I've ever wanted in a surveillance system. 'Nuff said.

Took a while to get running, through no fault of the zmNinja author. If your zoneminder configuration isn't just right, the API access won't work, and it's definitely an "expert" task to get it updated/upgraded/repaired to make it work. I love the application, it's a thing of beauty layered on top of an extremely complex (and sometimes finicky) application (zoneminder.) I sort of pity the author, because the complexity is really outside his control.

Very stable and receives regular updates. I have been very pleased. Interface is clean and easy to use. Configuration is very easy. Great job by this developer!

Very user friendly and powerful app! Took me less than a minute to configure through the wizard and start viewing live streams , events , alarms - all to my cell phone! Keep up the great work developer(s)!

This app is the perfect complement to zoneminder. Works great and allows easy access to my cams and recorded footage. Had an issue and the developer fixed it in record time. Very impressed keep up the good work

Really loved this app, its easy to use with lot of functionalities.

A terrible trend with pay software on Android... After you buy the software either a lack of support or competent coders leaves you with a horribly broken app. On my Nexus 6 it's so busted menus don't work, gets stuck after connection and can't pull monitor feeds or anything. Bad hat...

Made zoneminder 100% better. Would paymore

I've used ZoneMinder for years and I honestly think this may be the best thing that's happened in the ZoneMinder world in a long time. ZoneMinder is awesome by itself but ZMNinja is the icing on the cake. I'm using it with multiple servers, one with 16 cameras and another with 4. Since installing and configuring ZMNinja, I haven't had a single crash or problem with it. Everything I've tried has just worked. I was overwhelmed by the features available in the app. Keep up the excellent work Pliable Pixels! This is now my top favorite app! If there's one thing I'm confused on it's switching between multiple servers. So far I've only been able to do that by going to Settings, clicking the little down arrow, selecting the second server and hitting "Save" again. Have I missed something incredibly simple or is that indeed the only way to change servers?

Can you have it cache the authentication or something so that flipping back and forth to the app is faster? I typically check ZM just for quick confirmations of cams, it takes longer with ZMninja than say, ipcamviewer or just leaving the browser open on device.

Terrific app. Had setup issues, but the developer worked with me by email until they were resolved. Really excellent support. The app exposes a lot of the zoneminder functionality. One of the best purchases I have made.

Definitely buy this, I've tried all the features and it works incredibly well, makes zoneminder even more awesome ! If your new to setting up zoneminder though or are easily beaten it's probably not for you. However if you want a highly configurable CCTV system then go for it.

I've not been using it long & was a little reluctant to buy it given the price but the app UI is excellent, has tonnes of features & clearly shows a lot of effort has been put in. 5* from me.

This app is absolutely phenomenal. I am very impressed. Immediately able to access my zoneminder through a complex dynamic dns setup. Intuitive layout, powerful features. Far superior to any commercial CCTV app I have used so far. Keep up the good work.

I figured out how to setup different bandwidth views in zoneminder for each camera and just have the low bw views in this for mobile data usage, once you get the hang of zoneminder config this app is just the perfect companion

Just needs widgets now for events or live views and will be amazing

It badly works in configurations with 2 or more servers. Please start application, enter Montage mode. Then tap Menu -> Settings, tap triangle for list of servers, then change server, tap Menu -> Montage, and application hangs up. And i think it is very uncomfortable way for just change server.

The developer of this application has provided excellent support and shown real interest in resolving and improving the application. After some back and forth and digging I found issues in both zmNinja's configuration and the installation of Zoneminder. I'm bumping my review up to 4 stars based on the nice UI, it working, and being way better than all the other Zoneminder apps. --- original review -- Auto config seems to work okay but the rest of the app just doesn't work for me. Serious UI glitches occur after initial setup, the UI gets nested within itself. Closing the application and restarting it does not seem to solve it either. It gets stuck at the authenticating step which makes me wonder if the auto config worked at all. This app has promise but I'm going to be seeking a refund.
