I had to factory reset my phone so I had backed up all my information to this app and using Google I figured it would actually work. I was hoping I would be able to download it again after my factory reset and use it to pull the information back down on my phone. YEAH NO!!!!!!!! DID NOT EVEN REMOTELY WORK!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE APP! not waste your time! Find another one because this one does not work and you will be very sad to lose your information.

Merge contacts is very useful

This app was very nice even i have tested But.. But...Now I taken backup before resetting my mobile. backed up file is proper even it shows everything proper. when i restored that backup file it isn't works proper.. neither it restored my SMS's , Contacts nor Call History... I am become very disappointed.. I was working best on earlier KITKAT version, Now i have upgrated to LOLIPOP. On this version it might not be working...... Please fix this problem as soon as possible.. Thanks Rahul
