These sections were available before in the Draft Constitution which was available for download before referendum there is some information missing: Chapter 5 The Executive Part 2 The President and Vice Presidents Section 101 & 102. These sections were available before in the Draft Constitution which was available for download before referendum and they are about what happens in the event the president or vice president dies, resigns or is deemed incapable of holding office

Not very well designed, hard to navigate, no Holo or Tablet UI, I guess it at least shows the draft but a much better job could have been done.
