Poorest customer service ever! App says theyll call within 24hrs but dont. You lose connection on a Thu or Fri, you indicate Sat as best to come to your house and they come, yes on a Saturday, BUT ONE WEEK LATER!!! What the actual hell? Not to mention the slow intwrnet speed! I'm not going to renew my contract!

2 weeks asking for repair on may landline and internet. They keep saying theres a breakdown on the area, i just dont understanf how come Other neighbors and our buildings itself is ok except ours. The 24-48 feedback time they giving us is a bullcrap.

You're not gonna get your moneys worth. Locked up to a 3 years contract. Misinformation at point of sales just to get customers sign up. I have 1 more year with my contract. I can't wait till my contract expiration date. Will definitely switch provider.

I filed for a service request almost a week ago and said that i will receive a call from you morons within 24hrs and until now still no call received for my problem. Why even bother making this app when morons dont even reply or call back for an inquiry or for a service request. Worst TelCo ever. If ever Telstra comes here. Goodbye PLDT.

This app used to let me pay my bills using my credit card, but it suddenly stopped functioning. I can only view my outstanding balance but that's it.

I dont think this app is useless. It's the people processing the customer's request. We should demand for rebates for every service interuption we experienced. Don't pay full if they dont deliver what they promise to deliver.

TRIED TO REQUEST REPAIR MAN TO COME AND FIX THEIR SERVICE BECAUSE THEY SAID IT'S MUCH MORE CONVENIENT FROM THIS USELESS PIECE OF CRAP APP AND GUESS WHAT NO ONE CALLS ME WITHIN 24HRS AND WORSE, NO TECH GUY CAME OUT.

Putaena nyo pldt. Ngpapayaman lang kayo! Tang ina nyo. 3.5k binabayaran ko. Binibigay nyo sakin 1mpbs lang. Buti sana kung bawas din bayad namin sa inyo pag bawas bulok n net nyo!!!

Poor service!!! Pldtfibr3500 which should be up to 50mbps. But it keeps on dropping to 1mbps. Tech support no help at all! No supervisor to talk too! Full of crap

PLDT always have problems with their internet and we need to call them every now and then to fix it and it will take 30 minutes to connect to costumer service. They dileberately make your connection slower so they can give it to the new customers.

Placed a repair request. No repairs ever since. Problem began on June 20. Three service request were made since. This "self-help" doesnt do squat. Don't waste your phone memory with this piece of crap.

It's nearly a month since I applied for a dsl connection. I kept following up, they always said that someone would call me. Of course no one did. So I still don't have any service reference number. Now I've been advised to download this app to follow up my application. Guess what? I need a reference number to follow it up. Good job, PLDT! Nag switcher Program pa kayo, and this is the kind of service you're offering.

It does nothing at all. It's supposed to help speed up complaints but all it does is refer you to the same hotline and you have to wait for more than 30 minutes just to grab an agent. Crappy service as expected. PLDT does nothing right. If only I had a choice, I would have not gotten PLDT for my internet.
