I didn't like yoga until my friend told me about it. She also said to download this app. At first I thought it would be boring, but it actually is fun and relaxing. It's good for ur body and if u go to the poses section and press a pose,it tells u the benefit of that pose. It's AWESOME!

Never done yoga before but always was interested in trying it this app gives me 10 yoga poses a day at 30 seconds each giving me a 5 minute relaxing yoga workout each day when its convenient for me without having to leave home and go to a yoga studio and i also don't have to pay for the yoga sessions as a begginer I find the poses fairly easy to moderate and do a quick stretch out before u start I usually warm up for 2 minutes and stretch for 3 that combined with the yoga its a 10 minute routine daily :)

Wish they could upgrade or improve the app by adding more poses than just 10. Wish for more variety so as to improve and increase my flexibility. I tried not to miss a day, regardless of what day I'm having and have also increased time spent in pose however wish there was more poses. Other than that a great app. Increase the poses to 15-20 then definitely 5stars!!

I love using this app after I walk to stretch. I do have a suggestion: you have a 10 second setup between yoga positions, except at the start...it's only 3 to 4 seconds. That's not enough time to get into position as you change the starting yoga position each time. Why not give 10 seconds initially?

This is very useful for a yoga beginner like me. Only two things I would like: a bigger pool of poses so you aren't doing the same ten every day, and a volume control for the notifier so I don't wake up my husband.

You do. This app will show you 10 easy poses to start your day, to finish your day. Of course a longer session is in order several times a week, but if you're pressed for time, just press a button & go with the flow.

Everytime you hit the rest time button the app crashes. Fix it and it's 5 stars until it's super annoying. Same thing happens with your other apps too.

Just did my first workout. I increased my rest for a couple seconds. Set my reminder. Love that it tracks workouts on a calendar. It was hard enough to remind me of no pain no gain, but easy enough that I will continue.

Love that i have control over time duration for each pose and break, despite being a guided routine!!! Look forward to learning and doing more positions. Would be super neat if we could have an option to sort of make our own routine by selecting and arranging positions ourselves into the order we choose also... just a thought!!! I love this app! It is a fantastic way to relieve stress and escape for a few minutes without giving my thumbs a workout. I would love it even more if it expanded into helping train breathing regulation.

Asanas should flow one into another. This app is up and down. Flighty. Also mentions nothing of breathing. This app is just pretty much ramdom stretching. This is not true yoga. Stretching is good though if that is your main objective.

I'm no yoga fascists but yoga I think is about flow.. and this app puts random positions that don't really have any relations to another. One position should flow to next..

I used it for a couple of weeks and loved it. Then one day the sound just quit working and there is no setting options for it. Without sound this is worthless, because you don't know when to start and end a pose

This would be really good if there was a bell to tell you when the time on the pose was up. You can't do them properly if you are trying to keep one eye on the screen.

The Simplicity of this app is what makes it so appealing. The only thing I would suggest is to add more poses I would even pay for this app as long as nothing in the app changed minus the ability to add more poses and perhaps arrange them in a system that you find most appealing. Great job app creator!

The timers and reminder features are great. I like that you can set the rest and holding times. Sadly there is no flow to the asanas. Would love to be able to arrange them or pick and choose various asanas.

I love that I can set my own rest time. Also that it dings whenever it's time to do the pose or to rest, and it reminds you it's time to do your yoga workout. Very easy app to use.

Excellent, however I combine weights, fitness and core exercises with the toning yoga positions. Add relaxing spa music to this workout to create optimum calming atmosphere. Increase position timing according to abilities, with the rest intervals adequate to reposition and hydrate.

This app is the best one I've found so far. With a timer that alerts you, without inyerupting your music, I don't have to constantly worry about what's next. It also allows me to lessen or increase boththe rest tine and pose time. 4 stars instead of 5 b/c of the lack of variety in poses.

I've only dabbled in Yoga off & on, so this ap was great for reminding me why I love it. It has great basic poses and is user-friendly because you can set the duration of both the poses and the rests...a great feature! If I could change one thing it would be the sequence. These poses are given randomly every time you go through them. I would prefer doing all of the standing poses then all of the floor poses, rather than the up & down. This might be a personal preference, but I wish I could set a playlist.

I just downloaded it and did my first workout, i need a little more rest time between each pose since I'm a beginner (and need a few extra seconds to figure out each pose) but it was simple to change and I'm already starting to feel some of the benefits! Although, adding a voice or noise between poses would be great, it's difficult to hold a pose when I'm glancing every few seconds to see what my time is at

Stop what you're doing PEOPLE /EVERYONE this YOGA REALLY WORKS I just started and I love it I love the ext feet and that COBRA is my challenge and I love it I'm getting better I will beat the cobra I love each workout I get better with it as of today I have no complaints with exercises or the app it's great people I actually feel great after each workout and each pose does what it says it do I love the fatigue and stress relief it really work I promise thanks. And you should give it a try!!!!!

They are missing two of the most important ingredients to a successful yoga practice: how to breath and how to transition. Each pose is treated like a rep. You have the pose then a rest time. I've never heard of such a thing in yoga. It doesn't feel like yoga at all actually. Just fitness. I do like that you can choose how long you are in each pose, your rest time(for figuring out how to transition) and a daily reminder. It would be nice, especially for this format, to show what the next pose will be.

I think it's a great app but I'm rating it only 1 star BECAUSE it freezes after 4 or 5 poses. It interrupts my workout :( Please fix this issue! Thank you.

A great app to help people create a daily routine of stretching and learning yoga poses. The timer is great for keeping a consistent pose time. It does freeze occasionally, which can be frustrating. Freezes up and closes when I hit the reset button. Samsung Galaxy S6. Please address. Thanks for a great app though!

Nice app for doing few yoga poses. The app is simple and user friendly. The things to improve would be: The waiting time for the first pose of 3 seconds is very short and the pose transitions could be better.

I think this is a great app for beginners like me who want to give yoga a go. I've done the workout 5 times now and love it, and love that it randomises the positions to keep it interesting. Great to learn some basic positions I think before moving on to something more complex
