10 Daily Exercises for Android
Nice! Love that it requires no instruments absolutely. Great workout that has you really sweating & seems to involve every core. Lunges got all my joints creaking like I was at a bonesetter. Would have loved to know if it was better done in the morning or evening to avoid fatigue especially for working hours.
Pros: you can set a daily reminder, exercises are simple, they don't need any equipment, you can set the difficulty level. Cons: if you are out of shape, the easy level is still difficult, you can't lower the number of repetitions, the ads are sometimes in the way, it also doesn't give you the option to set the work out for every other day. All in all, I will keep using it, it is a good app.
Great way to start off after having not workout for almost 2 years. Teaches you some basics and then gradually move on to harder and harder workouts. Till you get the hang of it then you decide on how many reps and add some weights to it.
This exclusive app is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Theirs even a calendar/alarm that reminds you of your workout by your choice of time. This workout even has a selection of your type of levels like easy, medium or hard. TRUST me guy/ girls you will love this app!!!
I liked it! You can set the difficulty, how many seconds you want for rest time, i just wish you could choose what kind of workouts you want to personally do. Other than that, it's great! And free! Everything free is awesome!
I love how you can set the difficulty of the work outs. I wish you could go back and see what you did for that day and see what all you will be doing. It is a great app that actually lets you exercise and isn't just a failed attempt at making an app.
The app has several different workouts and a settable rest time for users as well with difficulty change for beginners, normal and athletic people. The main feature I like is that you can set a reminder for every day so you won't forget your workouts for the day
I use this app mainly for the calendar so I can look back and check how many days I committed to exercise. But I also use it for the different types of work out moves and being able to change the difficulty level is always a plus when your in the zone! Great app!
I feel sore in my legs and butt from the squats, my arms near my arm pits are also sore. Sadly my abs are not. Im a mom trying to tone up and lose belly fat. I have a feeling when i repeat this again tonight i will feel it in my abs. ------ I am also a smoker or was rather and i got worn out on the jumping jacks, same with knee highs so instead of jumping i contracted my abdomen and alternated knees (like kneeing someone)
This app has been very helpful at home and work. I would wake up a little earlier in the day to sweat and begin my me time with fitness. I have continued to be so energetic throughout the day but need a mini nap when sitting too long. Great App!
Great app... if you already know how to do them correctly. Wish this app came with directions on how to perform each exercise properly. 20 days in and I hurt my neck because I didn't do situps properly (web MD). Simple instructions would make this a 5
If you could watch and read the instroction of every movement b4 starting the workout. On the other hand it requires the most capacity in comparison with other apps installed on my phone! But the most weak point is lackage of types of movements.
What i appreciate is that you are shown the excercises and you can take you time to grasp and go along at your own pace. No need to urge cause the most important that you do all the exercise honestly. The aim is to burn fat and to sculp your body.
I will be doing this 3 times a day actually. Work new people if you are looking for a workout app here it is and the second best part is it free and doesnt take up a lot of storage
UI looks a bit clumsy. I would like to enquire if there is any particular reason why the next workout isn't displayed. Felt that it would be nice to see what my next workout is so that I can mentally be prepared.
So far I've conquered my first work out. I feel amazing, I understand it's my first time, but still I did my best, finished, and am extremely proud of myself. I'm out to loose 10-15 lbs. Start give yourself a chance, realize that you deserve it. Go, go,go!!!
I have only been using it 3 days and I like the app. The only problem is there are no settings for begginers etc. I followed it exactly as the routine showed and I think I have pulled a muscle in my back, I don't know which exercise might have caused it but I am thinking it could be the crunches there are a lot of them. I will have to stop using it and find one more suitable for me.
I liked it! You can set the difficulty, how many seconds you want for rest time, i just wish you could choose what kind of workouts you want to personally do. Other than that, it's great! And free! Everything free is awesome!
Am going for 3*, as i like it as it goes step by step, but there is alot needs to b added, like proper form of every exercise, pause needed in every single step, like in squats , its not to be done in hurry. But one must take pauses with every motion. One must google first for every exercise. To take advantage of tbis app
I always used to eat but now I'm starting to do exercise. This app is great. You can choose your difficulty and rest time. I do this exercise everyday! Soon I'll have
First day. Some moves I had to do my own version. Other then that I liked it. Oh, also having to move from the floor to your feet about every other move.. I guess part of the workout.. ?
I was an athlete and afterwards a work out freak who got out of shape. I am not out of hand yet but i realized i needed to do something with myself. Currently my course is set on easy, but it leaves me sweating and needing the rest time, which i like. You can also adjust rest time along with difficulty. For me. Its working great. Soreness isnt so bad either.
I am so out of shape! Kicked my butt! But good day 1. Needed this basic program to get started. Looking forward to next time.
Super basic program. Randomized exercises. But not progressive. Maybe ok to get you started on daily routines.
I've tried dieting, and other things,.but nothing stimulated me. But just reading it and other people's feelinge and, experiences, makes me feel hopeful :-) :-) :-)!! So I'm going to take one step at a time, exercise, one at a time, and see what happens, :-) :-) :-) :-)!! But at least, NOW I HAVE HOPE :-) :-) :-)! :-)!, THANKS FOR THAT :-)!! YOU ARE MY LIFELINE TO A BETTER LIFE, :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)
like me who haven't exercised in a long time. In 3 or 4 months, I might graduate to a more difficult routine but now for a beginner like me this is perfect
A great motivation tool. I'm up to doing the difficult level now plus some extras on a few exercises - it "forces" me to do some exercises I hate (crunches and lunges) but it pays off. I also find if I'm not feeling good I just do the easy settings that day and I'm often back on track in two days ... better than nothing! And it's great to be able to look back over the calendar to see all the completed workouts.
Easy to use and simple. Only wish that like exercises were separated to avoid fatigue, much rather be able to complete next exercise without a break, e.g. knee up crunches followed by crunches
As a working mom, it's hard to make time to exercise. This all allows you to do a few short exercises each day so you don't feel so sedentary.
If you want to get fit and don't have a lot of time this is perfect. I've been doing it every day and can definitely see and feel the difference!
I'm overweight and getting back into exercise and this has been great. Along with healthy eating I have lost 14 lbs in the last 5 weeks. I have had to adapt one of the exercises, just the push-ups to lady push-ups as I just can't do the normal ones but that's OK, it's flexible. I do like how it mixes the exercises up although not when it puts the jumping jacks at the end of the set
Sometimes I have one of those days where I need to workout because of what I eat. Like if I eat pizza, I'm desperate to workout, but with lots of school stuff and working at my job, I barely have time to workout. This app really helps me because it gets me getting up and doing something, even if its only for a few minutes. A few minutes is better than none.
This is a good and simple app to use. Something that you can do anywhere even on a vacation.Exercises are simple enough to follow but they really makes a good workout. No complicated workouts like some other apps. Before I know it, I'm already sweating from the exercises.
Thank you very much for this app! Now, I have time for workout. I'm already seeing differences :)
I have been used to playing volleyball year round, but now that I have my first off season in college I have been looking for something that could direct me to some good exercises to keep me in shape for the coming volleyball season! I really like this because it gives you the set of workouts, which is what keeps me away from the gym because im always clueless on where to start! I cant wait to do this daily and see results :)
Great app... if you already know how to do them correctly. Wish this app came with directions on how to perform each exercise properly. 20 days in and I hurt my neck because I didn't do situps properly (web MD). Simple instructions would make this a 5
Work outs are awesome and more intense now but there's simple things this app can't get right. The reminder doesn't actually work, i can't choose how much rest time i have, and there's really no need for a google search to be a full feature. 5 stars if these problems are fixed.
I got motivated to do these just 10 exercises after only thinking about working out all the time. So this helped me get started again. I give it four stars because the suggestions others have to improve the app seem worthy. Every app always has room for improvement.

This app... lemme tell you... I am close to being diabetic, and I'm obese to my height... I'm only 5'3 and weight about 160-ish that's not good... but with this app... I'll lose weight... it would be cool if this app tells you to run a mile and keep track or something... that'd be great thanks anyways
