I like these exercises, you do sweat and feel really good. I used this app often at work. Id get there early and it would be part of my mental health routine to add fitness. I would wake up 30minutes early at home before I tend to my family and work and complete the program. I feel energized and I would run everywhere to get children to school and bus stop. So baby #4 back to fitness app. Again I know I will get great results, I bought a jump rope also.

1. It changes order randomly. There should be option to choose the order. 2. It should be customizable. Means.. if i don't want all the exercises then i should be able to limit the number of exercises i want to do and set priorities for all these.

Very nice app. Just started and it seems it'll be very effective. Some of the exercises I know are on point bcuz I was shown a few of them at a kickboxing class two years ago.
