30 Day Abs Workout Challenge for Android
I've tried different ones and this is the best. I like that it shows you how to do the exorcises. There's a few I have trouble with but for the most part they are pretty easy I do notice a difference.
its a great app and if you actualy try it will give very good results i would have given it five but it dosent have any difference between the others such as the spartin workout i dont know much about the spartin workout but i menchoned it because it has a difference between the others that the only thing i could complain about and to be honest it not really that big of a deal but still is their
I've downloaded fitness as before but either never stuck with them or never even started them. This is easy to use and so quick to jump right into the workouts. No need to fill in all your stats. Just finished day 4. I rush home after work to do my workouts now!!
Beep or some sound during the exercise time and stop voice during rest time will help to workout keeping mobile away.
App is good enough for as I can't do so hard. I have been just trying to do well. If there will have a healthy simple diet for abs making, that may be so great. Price of food list should be in consideration for including the diet chart
Nag ads, spying on you SD data and full network permissions for something you just do.... scam junk ware

It is good app for regular exercises I have completed 30 days on medium but I have got just two upper abs but my body is stable now

Because once you start the exercise you don't have to see in Mobile...just need audio files with this app...

Excellent app. All the major ab exercises are involved and put a great presurre on yours abs with predesigned mode. You just need to follow it. If there can be write up about do's and dont's with the discribtion in writing as how to do the exercise would add on another missing feature of the app. I am following it on daily basis from past 15 days and finding some reduction in my belly. Keep it up... :-)
I am regularly doing it from.last 8 days. Feeling some results, like i am feeling hardness under my belly fat. There is 2 inch layer of fat on my belly. I hope it will be reduced when i will reach at day 30. Will tell my final result at the end. So far so good
Happy happy so happy to say you I am 1oo % satisfied with this app. I am a mom even I felt slight difference in my abdomen on the first day itself. And I am glad to tell you that, first time I am voting for an app and it is because this app worth it.
Wonderful app for making abs. My son did it for only ten days in medium difficulty and now he has complete 6 pack abs. Must download. Best abs workout on playstore.
Has helped me back to exercising after shoulder surgery. Add this after exercise routines either in gym or at home. Really like the way it mixes the exercises up everyday & adds more on each day it's used. Still on level one though
This is an amazing app and shows amazing results you just need to puch through the pain the 1st day isnt to bad until the next day when your muscles ache and you have to do it again round about the 5th day everything starts to settle down and the results are amazing!!!!

Love this love that it breaks it down. Takes it through ech day. I combine it with my yoga routine and morning meditation. Couldnt ask for more. My wife and I do it together perfect for a combined workout for both sexes.
Alarm doesn't work. Plus the animations are hard to understand for beginners. But it does make u work and feel better after 4 to 5 days...
After day 3 my core is on fire. I have a lot of belly fat over my abs but once I start running, hopefully the abs will show.

I do not see any rest days built in to the schedual. Rest days are important to see results and not overwork and cause injury. Some people that have never worked out before may not realize the importants of rest days and injure themselves. Please note this and correct in the next update.
