¿En qué consiste la app de Alumbrado Público Murcia ?

Se trata de un sistema que el Ayuntamiento de Murcia, a través de la Concejalía de Calidad Urbana e Infraestructuras, pone a disposición del ciudadano, con el objetivo de mejorar el alumbrado público en Murcia.
El sistema permite enviar una fotografía de las incidencias localizadas en la ciudad de Murcia y pedanías (por ejemplo, farola en mal estado), que automáticamente el sistema posicionará mediante sus coordenadas GPS, o bien permite introducir la dirección si usted no se encuentra en el lugar del suceso. Esta información será enviada a ALUMBRADO PÚBLICO MURCIA que pondrá en marcha los mecanismos necesarios para su pronta restauración.
Con este sistema el Ayuntamiento pretende dotar al ciudadano de mecanismos que le permitan acercarse a la Administración de una forma rápida y directa.
