Playmoss: The Playlists Home

Currently experiencing a bug where it cycles rapidly through the playlist and makes it impossible to play music. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which didn't work, and I can figure out why this is occurring.

The ui gives me a headache

I've been using this for a year now, posting my own playlists for most of that time. I have recommended many of my friends to use this as well, since I found it amazing! However, the new "Basic" limits make it hard for me to make my own playlists along with finding playlists that will play for hours. I don't know if I can use this anymore.

Seems to have a lot of potential, but it loads a bit slow at times and my only gripe is how it doesn't even function as a background app. It's very strange to me, I want to be able to access it if I accidentally press the home button without the player in my notifications centre, but it's not in the app drawer! Oh, and on iOS it's rather buggy and slow. Regardless, please update this app and I hope to see more from this app in the future.

please, please, PLEASE make it so that when you turn the app off it will stop playing music. if i close this app after pausing the music, i did so because im done listening. its really annoying that the music starts playing when nothing appears in your notifications and it doesnt even show in the opened apps thing. if you could fix that, then id give 5 stars!

Okay a lot of the issues in a lot of the reviews have actually been fixed and are now functional, my only issue is that I can loop and shuffle playlists on the desktop version of this but not on the mobile version which is mildly upsetting, and the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars, but otherwise it's a very good music app, and runs vey well in the background, and is accessible on my lock screen!

This app has plenty potential and I wish to be a long lasting user. Additions to the app/site that would be helpful is the ability to use other sources to play music from (like hotlinks or my computer files) besides YouTube. Also, I'd like to be able to play, pause, repeat, and skip through songs on my locksreen without having to open the app again. As far as design wise, it would be better for it to have a sleek and more modern look that would look pleasing to the eyes with easier navigation. Other than that, I like PlayMoss a lot better than 8tracks so thank you all for working hard producing and updating the app to everyone's needs.

I rely on this to help me sleep but now for some reason it just runs through the list and doesn't play it. Please fix so I don't have to use my fan again

Was working a couple of weeks ago but now it won't even show the front page. All I see is a blank white screen it was good while it lasted.

When I try to open the app it closes saying, "Sorry there's an unknown error occuring"

It's a good idea, but it only works like 2/3 of the time. Also its hard to listen to music cause it keeps on stopping

It's buggy and they've limited it so your playlists are short. You can't put a playlist on shuffle either. Plus, since it pulls music from YouTube, it uses as much data as if you just played the music there.

I'm interested... doesn't show up in my open apps. Something is different with notification too...does not show in my universal music widget. All other music apps do.

It's a good app, I just dont appreciate that I cannot multi task without it crashing.

Does not open app from window, and app does not stay open when switching to dofferent app.

Its nice just wish it was a little more functional and less buggy.

I've been looking for an app that combines different music platforms!! This functions great and there are no ads! BUT the app can be a bit slow. When you pause and hit play again it takes a while to restart. Also, it would be nice if the app interface was more modern/simplistic like OpenWhyd :)

I started to use this app as a sort of replacement to 8tracks and so far its good. I am not giving it the full 5 stars simply because the app still has some bugs it should look to fix. Like for one, sometimes, not all the songs in a playlist will load/play? I have to sort of restart the app to get it to play it. There are other little bugs too, like I can't add songs to my playlist from other playlists for some reason? That feature seems to not work at all. Sometimes the app is unresponsive, or takes too long to load, etc I think it'd be a good addition to add a feature where when one playlist ends, it goes into your next playlist or a similar playlist afterwards.

Every time I have tried to download this app in the last 6 months, it says it is downloaded and when I try to open it it goes to a white screen for a few seconds then closes and says error, please try again. Over and over it does this. I love using it on the computer and wish I could use it on mobile where there aren't as many restricted songs but it just won't work.

lovely app, i managed to reorganize my fav songs in such a short time!! the only downside is, it doesnt have a shuffle button like the desktop version, you should definitely work on that.

Very clean and nice layout, features are great even with the free version, maybe a bit of bugs need fixing but it's still a worthy app

How do you delete a song from a playlist?

Great app, possibly the best playlist sharing/making app I've seen, but when i go to add a song to a playlist there isnt a confirm button, only a cancel button. Makes it impossible to create a playlist without using the desktop site. Maje that fix and youll have 5 stars from me.

I love it! My only issue is that it disappears from the "open apps" window when I go out of the app (which isn't a huge problem, since the app still seems to be open and just not appearing in the window).

I would give this a five stars if songs didn't suddenly stop and start when playing in the background. I love the desktop version, but please fix mobile. It doesn't even show up in my latest apps, so I can't force it to close when it starts malfunctioning. I have to restart my whole phone.

I love the app on computer but on moblie it keeps skipping songs even after I updated

Had an issue logging in, but it was solved quickly with customer service!

Had to create my first playlist on desktop as the option wasn't showing when I had no playlists, but it's easy to use and intuitive. Some videos won't show up in the search but using the Chrome extension on a desktop solved that issue!

great app!! no annoying skip limits or pkay limits. very nice!

Great app, much better than other "unlimited" playlist apps which limit skips and uploads. Suggestions: ability to filter notifications as I'm being spammed with "xyz added your track" which makes viewing more important notifications difficult. In app crop for icon, header and playlist covers.

I like this app. I've been working on a playlist and so far haven't had much difficulty (unlike other apps). Two things I noticed: •When I go out of the app it disappears from my 'open apps' window. Like I have to navigate to it through my notification drop down menu or from my home screen. •"paste your sond link here"

Would love to use more of, but lately it's been skipping most of songs.

Seems pretty good if you have existing playlist made on another device, or want to listen to other peoples playlist. But I can't seem to be able to find a way to create a playlist on the app, which is an issue when I'm currently lacking access to a computer. Which is the entire reason I'm even trying to use the app in the first place. Make it so I can create a playlist on the app, and I'd definitely like it more.

I really enjoy this app, but it lacks in a lot of areas. I would give this a five star rating if it had features which let you see similar or recommended playlists to the one you're listening to or if it didn't dissapear from my recent apps list. Playmoss should also include a listening history or the option to add playlists to different collections, not make it one big list of added playlists. This app is a great alternative to 8tracks, but with these flaws it's hard to fully enjoy myself.

Like 8tracks but actually good. You can make playlists on mobile, which is a BIG plus. Very easy layout.

It's a good app, but it won't give me the option to make my own playlists.
