No hidden fees people. They tell you about the monthly maintenance fee (if you just read). And the "fee" is waived with direct deposit, or if you load enough cash per month. Have had this card since 2008! Fantastic card! Good app too.

I have used upside card for a couple years now and I have not had one problem with the company. When I needed a replacement card, they sent it quickly. This card offers alot of member perks.

Keep getting error msg. Fix it! Everything worked just fine & now I can't login!!! Not a good feeling! I get direct deposit to this card!

Won't let me log in

PLEASE FIX!! My direct deposit is sent to this card and I can't log in to check my balance. This is SO annoying. It happens on both the app and the website.

I used to love this app, but as of today, I can't access my account. It keeps saying my password is incorrect. Upside must be having some major issues, but they should send an alert to tell you that there is a potential problem. Bad service.

This company scammed me. I lost over $170 due to trying to get them to change my address to receieve a new card. After 4 faxes they either "didn't receive," or "couldn't read," I tried to cancel. They then reported me and my card as fraudulent and locked it. So I can't pay rent, eat, etc. I am a disabled vet and am on a fixed income. But Upside has shown they dont care for their customers. DO NOT GET THIS CARD. IT IS A SCAM. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

I luv being able to access n e time.. However I wish they would show pending deposits.

Half the time I can't log in it continues to say wrong password the the next day it will let me log in. My text alerts stop working

Card was used in another country. They charged me for a new card. Act like they don't care if I ever get my stolen money back. Every time I use the app it ALWAYS says there is a problem try again. Cannot see account balances.

Since the updated interface I keep getting an error message" We're sorry.. Something went wrong please try again later." I can usually check my balance and check writing history, but debit history doesn't update correctly on the app and other features also give this error message. It's a pretty good app, but would be 5 stars if all the features actually worked.

Easy to use.

Visa upside thieves. Accused me of money laundering. Shut my card down. While in transition waiting for them to cut my check for the money in my account they still charge me monthly fee for card maintenance EVEN THOUGH I CANNOT USE THE CARD and on top of that charge a processing fee of $13 to mail your check to you. All that after they accused me of something that is completely false. I shop eBay with my card and load money on it frequently so now I'm a money launderer.....

I have had this card for aboout 3 years and i love it! I Really like the fact ican check my balance without logging in!

Wisest l worst customer service ever award I get paid on Tuesdays direct deposit they will not out of through to after the holiday paying me a day late rather then early funny they put them selves first customers second sad

Seriously need to update so people can see if there's a pending deposit. Its a real inconvenience that it doesn't. And severely irritating. I will be cancelling my card soon as my pay no longer goes on it

Had my tax return loaded just fine. Had an unauthorized purchase was issued a temp credit just a cpl days after. Really a great card!!

I've never had a problem with this app. I enjoy the flexibility of banking without the hassle.

NICE JOB! The day after I posted my complaint something was fixed and the app is amazing. Being able to manage my account and get my info on the go has already saved my hide a few times. Better then most banking apps I've seen. Thank you. Original complaint: Either I get a server error or it siply doesn't recognize my username/pasword, which works just fine on the same phone when I access the website throught the browser. PLEASE FIX THE APP! I downloaded the app so i could use the services this upside account offers from my phone, but I can't use any of the services, besides check my balance, on my phone from the browser. It doesn't help if the app can't allow me to log in.
