The app is not formatted for my phone's screen size (Note 4), so it only takes up part of the screen. Maybe it's a skinned web page or something, but I have yet to see that on any other app. The fields to enter numbers should be numbers only, but they instead take commas (,) and dollar signs ($) for the numbers, which is a little odd. It's not intuitive and asks for a house purchase parameters before asking for income/expense numbers, so you are presented with it being a bad purchase from onset.

Tried running it (on Galaxy S5) and it got hung up while recalcutaing my figures. I don't pay for apps but this is what u get for free. I'll just find another one that functions better.

Simple to use if you just stick with the basic mode but this app can do a lot more. You model scenarios like renting, planning to buy or selling planning to buy. You can tweak things like interest rate, appreciation, upfront and ongoing expenses and add in your personal finances so you get a true affordability. If you're playing around for longer you can sign up with an email and all your data is saved too, easy!
