Beautiful!! Works lovely and have ALWAYS helped find my phone! Lifesaver app and saves me money so I won't have to buy another headset. I found it! It even works when the headset is off! How cool!! Thank you Plantronics! I am a real life consumer!

What a useless app...it never allows me to find my Bluetooth device if I lose it and has extremely inaccurate battery readings... and yes I followed all the Checklists and it still doesn't find my Bluetooth

K70%
by K####:

I do like the app. But the app is not necessary in order to use the headset. The one thing where I can find fall is with the button labeled find my headset. Unless your headset is sitting or perched against something that can reflect the sound then you will never find it. The only way it might work is if you drop it in your car. If you know the general location you can use that in order to locate it. I would have preferred to be able to change the voice on the headset. There are a lot of things I would like but those are not considered in the versions of the app so far. Other than that the app works perfectly. I am using the Motorola Droid Maxx with the latest OS version. There is one additional problem which is easily remedied. I don't want the app running all of the time the. I believe I will choose which apps we'll run all the time and which won't. When you close the app it is running until you force it to shut down. Like I said it's an easy remedy.

Voyager 5220 does not say contact name on incoming calls. Just says incoming call, answer or ignore. Need it to say contact name

K70%
by K####:

It doesn't inform me who's calling anymore. It was a really useful feature which I would like back. Other than that I can't complain.

K70%
by K####:

The app seems to be unreliable. Some days it an ouncinces who calling and others it just rings, some times it prompts to answer or iignore a nd others times it just rings. If you prezs the answer button the screen it disonnects the bluetooth connnection and you have to select bluetooth again. It connects fast but it's features only work part of the time.

This app is absolutely not necessary. The only thing it could have been good for is the firmware update. And that doesn't work. It just says there's no internet connection. Right. And it needs access to the storage card and GPS location for what? That won't help you find a lost headset unless the headset has GPS. The one thing it does is tell you the remaining battery life. In a persistent notification that shows all the time. It's not updated for later versions of Android. The headset is much better without the app.

L70%
by L####:

This app makes it extremely easy to update the firmware on my headset and take advantage of all the headset features. It is able to transmit a tone to the headset, which helps me locate it. It also keeps track of the locations where headset-specific events occurred, such as turning it on, putting it on and taking it off my head, and answering calls. I love this all.

Love the Find My Headset Feature...!! I have 2 Problems. 1.) For some unknown reason my M70 won't stay connected to the Plantronics Hub App. This happens even when the M70 stays connected through the Bluetooth. I don't understand it. I always have my Headset on my Right Ear, & I always keep my S6 Smartphone in my Right Pocket. I'd like to know why the M70 won't stay connected to this App, Aka The Plantronics Hub. 2.)

Find my phone doesn't work. It tells me that media isn't on, when it is. I test with music to make sure. Or...the headset doesn't emit sound when app is sending it...with the headset on my lap. Only good option is notification on phone and Samsung watch telling me battery level and talk time.

D70%
by D####:

It works but I've found the app mostly unnecessary. Good that there's instructions on how to change settings in app. But it's REALLY annoying I can't turn off the motion sensor function of my Backbeat Pro with the app

J70%
by J####:

terrible. I tried the find my headset feature. The app prompts me that media audio is not enabled...it is. So thats a bust; it won't recognize that media audio in on so it will not initiate the feature. When ever something like this does not work with the app, a little window pops up that says "tell me how". you tap it and you are supposed to get the answer to the problem at hand. what you get is a list of FAQ to read through and in my case, the answer was not even among the list. So the app is all dressed up to look good but it does not deliver. pretty frustrating waste of phone storage.

Lost my Bluetooth ... installed the app.. found my Bluetooth in two minutes! Showed me exactly where to walk! When it said I arrived. .I turned on the noise. HEY HEY JUST SAVED $129.00... THANK YOU!

O70%
by O####:

The "Find Me" tone does not work with the Voyager Pro. I set it down and turned on the tone to try and find it to no avail. Even when standing next to the headset you cannot hear a tone at the highest volume. The app is good or updating the firmware and giving you the charging status.

N70%
by N####:

It leaves some things to be desired (better battery indicator, GPS tracking of non-plt Bluetooth enabled items) but it is the only app that manages to stray far from material design and still look really good, great even. There are issues with notification design, but I love this app anyway. Tasker support would be nice, as I want an easy way to trigger Pandora in Bluetooth mode.

H70%
by H####:

I installed this app to help me locate my Voyager 5200 in case I lose it. I've done it before. However, it keeps telling me to "enable media" even though I've already done that. When it doesn't give me that error message and says it's playing a tone, no noise comes out of my headset. The app does not work as advertised.

A70%
by A####:

The latest update seems to have broken the "Find My Device" feature. Where I used to be able to send a "Loud and Obnoxious" buzzing sound to it, which has several times helped me to find it, the app now displays an error instructing me to "Please manually enable Media Audio for the device you are trying to find" - Media Audio is enabled - I can play music through it - and also the standalone "Find My Headset" utility from 2014 does work.

X70%
by X####:

Ever since they issued a firmware update my headset has been having trouble charging completely. It's never read 7hrs but, it would get close enough. Now after sitting overnight it only reads 6hrs 30 min and that drops off fast to 6hrs 9min with out even using it. Havent even had the headset 6mo. Not sure what to think because the charging issue started after the update.

Q70%
by Q####:

It was allful, they could not discribe the way to synced the phone. Directions were poorly written. I had to call the 800 number to assist me.

K70%
by K####:

The app is essentially a "find my connected headset by playing loud sounds through it" app. Apart from that it just claims dangerously excessive rights and provides a one click method of positively reviewing itself across various social media platforms. Pointless really.

L70%
by L####:

I think that Plantronics Bluetooth sets are great and I am really digging the latest model, the 5200. The Hub app helps utilize the Bluetooth. I even used it to locate a misplaced Bluetooth. If you're using a Plantronics Bluetooth it's a no-brainer to download the Hub app to your phone.

W70%
by W####:

I love the "Find My Phone" feature! I've used it more than I care to admit. Just make sure you turn up the volume when, not if, when, you use it. You'll be glad you did!

K70%
by K####:

Crappy device. It says connect manually for audio. I did that and guess what? Still can't connect. Crappy app. and crappy company. You couldn't make something work if it were to save your life.

K70%
by K####:

For finding head set it is worthless, can only be heard if in your ear. If it is in my ear I don't need to find it.

K70%
by K####:

The Plantronics device is good the app is fair to poor and their explanation of things on their website and everywhere else including app is terrible. The person who wrote the Plantronics 5200 operations manual should be fired!

K70%
by K####:

It stopped working with my Bluetooth. It keeps telling me to connect to media although I am connected to my media audio.

U70%
by U####:

Main reason for installation of the app was location feature on my 5200, unfortunately the app instead send signal to to earpiece shows that media audio is no connected and offer help which doesn't have that topic which doesn't matter anyway because the earpiece is connected to phone and media audio. On other hand the app has other features and settings which are working also can update earpiece for the newest firmware

S70%
by S####:

Completely useless. The find my headset feature doesn't work. It tells me to enable media audio but it doesn't tell me how. If I cant use this to find my headset then it has no purpose.

B70%
by B####:

Not sure how useful it is. It can only find your headset of its turned on in the same room as you are . . . I can do that too. What else is it good for?

E70%
by E####:

The only thing I wanted from this app was the ability to find my Bluetooth when I misplaced it. It does not sound loud enough to find it so it is useless.

K70%
by K####:

Was at the Wanna Go Fast race in Clayton Ga and my headset got lost. Gps feature put me with in 2 ft of it and i found my headset. Way to go guys on this. But since then tried using the send audio to find feature and it keeps saying to turn on media access to it and its been on but didn't work still. Even tried turning off media access and exiting the app and reopen app and turn on media access feature after notice came up but still does not work no matter what i try. Failure on that feature. So if you don't keep your gps on 24-7 while your unit is on then your just screwed on ever finding it.

C70%
by C####:

Not working correctly. I am connected but find feature doesn't work.

K70%
by K####:

Just bought the 5200. The find my headset feature doesn't work. Keep asking to 'manually enable media audio for the headset you are trying to find', despite the face that it is already enabled.

K70%
by K####:

The app is OK, atleast shows remaining listening time, but I would like the percentage and also (this is more important) in-built equalizer. I sometimes use them to play from my Android wear device directly and the audio lacks bass whereas on Android phones I can get an equalizer. They need to do like other bluetooth manufactures that allow equalization to be adjusted directly into the firmware of the headset....

K70%
by K####:

Can't get battery life from 2 plt devices I own. Useless app.

K70%
by K####:

I see many reviews citing the Media Audio Connection issue that I am having with my LG G4 and this app. Tech support says they have only heard of the issue with iphones??? Guess I'm still out of luck if I can't find my headset!

O70%
by O####:

Pointless (and it claims a huge set of permissions, so dangerous) The useful feature is "find my headset", which does not work. It always says "manually enable media ..." The headset is connected to phone, plays music fine, so message is bogus. Additionally, there is an app "find my headset", which works just fine, so it's just a bug. It does not provide all the useful stuff I'd hope for, in essence the "display" the headset lacks. Headset on/off/connected... Playing track or not Being used by device (phone) X Incoming call , call in progress Battery level Jack plug connected, or not Which features of selected on headset (eg receive phone calls)

I had dropped my voyager in the parking lot at a little country cafe. And I just got my bluetooth two days ago. Worked great. Thanks

K70%

I find this app to be useless. Trying to update the language setting & it keeps giving me an error message, "Can not be completed at this time. Try again later." THIS BRITISH VOICE IS DRIVING ME CRAZY! GET WITH IT PLANTRONICS & FIX THIS ISSUE! I PAID BIG BUCKS FOR THIS BLUETOOTH HEADSET & THE LEAST YOU COULD DO IS PUT OUT AN APP WITH NO CLITCHES!

K70%

I was almost ready to Buy an expensive GPS,@ the truck stop until I found your APP..awesome I love it, it's worth every dollar. Even my BOSS was interested in it. Thank you for your great APP. I will recommend it to everyone.
