Demo>PlanPlus NOTE 10.1

Was hoping to buy this app but I can't even get past the first stages of opening the app as it crashes.

I love the idea but this is too slow and also won't sync tasks from other calendars. This makes it useless for me as I use OutLook for work. Will stick with SPlanner until this is resolved. Pity as I used to love my FC paper planner.

This has/had promise. Unfortunately, there hasn't been any work on it in a year and a half. Looks like an abandoned and dead project.

Really like Franklin Planners but these apps are just terrible. Constant crashing, very poor design for samsung note tablets. These apps really need designed properly to bring the Franklin generation into the technology age.

Would love to be able to swipe to turn the pages. Needs a few more features, like syncing tasks to Google.

I was very excited to have found an app that enables both calendar view and direct usage of the S Pen, even more so the fact that it has the Franklin name. But every time I go to make an annotation on the pages in the app, it force closes, without even giving me the opportunity to experience the app in its entirety. Please fix or update to solve this problem because I would gladly purchase the full version if it was a guarantee that it would be fully-functional without force closing EVERY SINGLE time I open it. Pls help us out Dev! 3/10/13 Update: Since last update, Dev has absolutely solved all issues I was having with the app in its entirely =) . . . I will definitely be purchasing the full paid app once my 21 day trial is over, so please keep up the great work Dev! =)

I'm writing this from the Galaxy Note 10.1. Although I was pretty excited about this app, it has been painfully SLOOOOW! l tried force quitting all my other open apps to see if that would help speed things along, but to no avail. l even tried to restart the tablet to make sure the app would have all the resources available it might need, but again this did not help. To the developer: Please make this app more responsive! In my humble opinion, the tabs should switch instantly after clicking on them, not taking, for example, 2 seconds to switch from daily to monthly view. This ALONE Makes the app unusable for me, unfortunately. Also, I have found that it duplicates my US Holidays calendar that is synced with my google calendar i.e. showing Easter twice on both March 31 as well as April I. I would gladly pay for this app once the speed issues are resolved!

Mine also Crashes when I go to use the pen tab. l won't pay for it until it works. Has potential though.

I like this planner a lot because it has more options than the SPlanner app, however, it'll take some time learn all the tools and options. One thing that really bothers me is that US holidays are repeated when they are synced from Google Calendar. For example, it shows St. Patrick's Day on March 16th and 17th. It does this for all the holidays. Please fix this! It also crashes sometimes. This would be a fantastic app if it wasn't for those two bugs.

but the paid for version works fine. If you want to try out the S Pen functions then download the old version from the Samsung Store. That previous version has a date bug BTW. The Dev is very helpful and is trying to fix things - and he gives me feedback when I write in. This App is now stable enough to use in a work environment - which I do every day. Only 3 stars for the Demo version because of the S Pen bug and the terrible user manual (there isn't one!). However, the App works well and fills my business needs. Well worth trying.

Moving tasks and deleting item should be more easy, changing date sometimes does not work well, I would like to have one simple panel always on the top with a simple access to all basic features and functions. I would like to have opportunity to use my S-Pen more easier way to draw very quick notes all over ma day planner.

Does not work the same way as on video. Lags and freezes. Why would I pay 5 bucks for this.

I was happy to see this app but when I tried it, it keeps locking up and shutting off. This is very disappointing, especially using the pen tab .

Used Franklin paper planner for years.This is a good substitute. l would make one suggestion include a section with contacts and notes for the contacts

Would be much better if the calendars populated from the tablet's calendars, and tasks from google tasks. Sinsce it is all manual, it offers little advantage to a paper planner. Uninstalled.

I love planners

Hi Dev, UI is good but it is slow, when tapping on calender. The popup opens in 3 to 4 secs. Timing brtween tapping and response is laggy especially on the right side of flags like Week, Month. It crashed when I tapped on month flag. Good thing ..... Improve it.

Almost just what I want. A Filofax style diary/planner with the ability to scribble notes and draw sketches. Trouble is, it's a little clunky. You can't properly read the date on the diary page as the layout isn't quite right, for example. It occasionally crashes too. Apart from those gripes, I can see myself really getting used to it and using it a lot.

I m also willing to buy, like others, but improvement is my concern, reply plz Sometimes the app shows something on screen in a language other than english Feature Request/Suggestions 1. sir i have entered the mission but when i scroll it opens in editing mode, plz fix 2. Provide options like password (not pin, it already has one) and pattern (for less security conscious people) 2. Please provide the ability to insert entry in the schedule already created (otherwise, for now it's like changing every block of schedule again (Much Needed otherwise app is kinda tough to work with) 3. Copy schedule (Notes etc.) to another date and then obviously able to modify 4. Also other the ability to write freehand with spen (just like the quotes, something that can motivate) 5. Schedule when seeing according to 0 to 23 , is kinda useless, one block is overriding another, not able to get anything from that 6. Ability to auto adjust time of next entry in schedule according to the end time used in previous entry

I want to like this because its how I want my calendar layout to be but it is very, very slow. Not all inputs are registered, it crashes and after each input the bottom half takes a while to catch up in loading. I wouldn't pay for the app at this moment because it just doesn't work well. I think the focus needs to be on usability more than visuals right now.

I like the look and layout, but the app is too slow and there is a noticeable delay in response after switching views.

the app is currently subpar. Visually, I'm very pleased. Some missing functionality of a traditional planner are referenced, but they are left as missed opportunities. There is nothing to refer to regarding use or functionality, so you're pretty much flying blind. It gets laggy and slow for no apparent reason. This needs some serious updating; the developer could benefit greatly from some formal planning. Overall, though, I'm hopeful for the future of this app, but I would not pay for the app after the Trial at this point.

Software like this is why iphone and ipad users accuse Android of having lag. It is appalling that companies release stuff like this into the market, especially when there is no device compatibility issues to worry about as it is for a single tablet. 10-15 second freezes are not uncommon here, and in the 10 minutes I spent testing it my Note 10.1 went unresponsive TWICE. Horrible.
