Tried to identify four well known plants but it failed to recognise any. Very dissatisfied.

Was using the app absolutely fine on my home Wi-Fi connection two days ago, now nothing will load unless I'm connected to mobile data. All other apps are working fine on my Wi-Fi except for this one. Extremely frustrating as I have school work due and cannot afford to use my mobile data while I'm at home. This app -was- extremely helpful to me.

Cant find most common plants. Needs a recommend search if you cant spell it properly

Rubbish app. Won't download. Waste of money

It let me download the first 800 plants, now when I try to begin download again it crashes everytime. Can you please advise???

When selecting a plant the app asks to check Internet connection - no connectivity issues with any other apps. Willing to change rating if rectified.

A little disappointed. 60% of what I looked up aren't listed. Not only that some of the callistemons you have listed have been changed to melaleuca family, such as the polandii. If I didn't pay for the app I would delete it :'(

Information in the summary on some plants says one thing and then if you go to More Details it can say the total opposite! For example Bangalow Palm-"The bluish flowers appear in summer", this is written on the first summary page. Then go to More Details- "Flowering in: Winter" ???? I have also come across this with other plants. Not good and makes it hard to believe any information....

Why does it take so long to download plants to device 5hrs its done 5% on 70mbs

Would like a refund.

I struggle to pronounce some of the names and as an apprentice this is making me feel more confident. Two thumbs up

I have been working in one of Mississippi's largest nurseries for going on 11 years. Started out as a summer hand and now the head grower/production manager and I believe this app is very great!!!! Very lucky to have found so useful and a must for ALL people who are involved in growing or apart of the horticulture industry. Very useful and handy!!! Especially while in the field and on the go.

Awesome app most comprehensive data I use this daily as a horticulturist looking up plants to recommend to clients and to answer any questions. I have this app across android and apple platforms and highly recommend

This is a great app and as an apprentice geenskeeper we must submit 100 plant profiles to complete the apprenticeship. This app is fully comprehensive and has 98% of what I need in order to complete this componenet of my studies. The only thing I could suggest would be some info on each plants root system but essentially this is all a person would need.

Love the app. There may be some glitches when downloading the data but all in all, nice :) Can I recommend the amount of plant file downloaded onto the device and an update on how many you have online?

Great app. I've asked to add some plants like safflower but it was not possible You may give the possibility to add own plants. Thanks and keep the good job

I am a professional gardener. The major supposed feature of this app is the ability to download. However all you can do is download one plant at a time. You can't save the database to sd. This means that you have to be online so you might as well use free RHS plant selector which is way better than this app. The other problem is that the app appears to list plants from all over the world rather than available in your home country. Finally it's very expensive with no free trial.

First 3 plants I typed in by common and latin names could not be found. Tried an easy one (moreton bay fig) still couldnt find it 'database' is a term that should not be associated with this app.

No real benefit in using the app your better off just googling.

Please improve search so that its more linear. Should be able to id a plant by drilling down through description. Also may want to add auto text in name section to help id plants. Good app keep up the good wk!!! Oh and plz add printing!!! PS works perfectly on my galaxy note 2 phone but says its not available on my galaxy note tablet :-(

The database is enormous, and roughly 90-95% of the information is accurate and reliable. However this app runs very poorly on Android. It is a massive resource hog, draining the phone's battery fast even when the app hasn't been opened. You force close the app and within an hour the phone is alerting you that "Plant File has crashed", meaning it started itself back up again. It's a fantastic idea, but it is quickly bricking my phone, and I may have to uninstall it to stop it. Considering I paid $9 for it, I'd be very disappointed if it required an uninstallation.

A must for any plant enthusiast. Professional or amateur. Comprehensive information put together in a really professional and eye catching way. Easy to use with a fantastic range of photos and information. More than I could ever possibly need. Mine crashed once but other than that I never had any problems. The app is too good to bother caring about such a pointless matter. Also I heard there are no problems on the iphone. GET IT.

This app is just what I was looking for. Unfortunately I couldn't get it to work at first. After reaching out to the developer I found out that the problem was with my phone (HTC incredible). This lead me to finally get a new phone. Now the app works perfectly. The service I got from the developer was extraordinary!

Not even using the app yet 4 - 6 times a day I am getting force-close message! Why? Now I keep getting "check internet connection" message too. Trying to uninstall then reinstall to see if it makes a difference.

Please check internet connection? That's all I get. My connection is perfect..your app is a dud.

Use the software religiously, the convenience of the app makes things even better.
