Peter O’ Grady is the founder and Educator of Irish Dancing Physical Fitness. Peter is one of the only strength and conditioning coaches in Ireland who works with Irish dancers, working with dancers from all over the world, through his website www.irishdancingphysicalfitness.com. Peter was an Irish dancer himself for many years, competing in the Connaught, All-Ireland and World Irish Dancing Championships. He has gained many qualifications in the last few years, including strength and conditioning coaching, and sports physical therapy and nutrition, as well as lecturing in fitness instruction.
