It used to work great until they updated it. Now you can't do anything on it

I can't use it since the last update. With the old app I could access the weather which was very helpful for planning my day. The new update shut me out of what I had that worked to something that won't even work for my device. Very disappointed. I'll have to look at the other news agencies for my needs. Sincerely, MD

Since the most recent update I can no longer read an entire story. The end of a story is always covered by ADVERTISING BANNERS on the bottom of the page. I cannot scroll down far enough to read the whole story. I know you have to have advertising, but please fix this so the banners are not covering the actual news! FYI, this is happening to me on my Samsung Galaxy S3, and did not become an issue until your most recent update.

Doesn't work most of the time...the old one worked every time...better isn't better.. I deleted the whole thing

Updated app now it says I just update app. The app is up to date but still not working. Uninstalled the re-installed,still not working.

It used to look like this picture but now it doesn't. A lot harder to find anything besides weather. False advertising which is extremely annoying I don't recommend it.

The whole thing is gone, just a box saying to download the app...which I have. And a box to contact you, that does not work. I used this app everyday, not it's gone.

Horrible can't find anything nothing there get the old one back.

After update it's useless. Go back to the original!

I liked your app before the upgrade if you want to call it that,more like a down grade .

I uninstalled it and downloaded Fox 40 app.

Everyone needs to download the new app called "WBNG 12 News."

I like the focus on LOCAL news and weather without too many ads.

Should have stayed with what works. The update sucks, don't like this app anymore uninstalled it stinks because WBNG was the best in the area.

This app is awesome hands down im able to stay up to date on the community as i dont have cable.thanks for creating this app

Doesn't work

From weather to school closings to local news, this is a great, all purpose app. Upon further use, I find the ads associated with this app to be grossly misleading and bothersome. It's making me rethink how much I need this app.

Keeps you up to date on all the goings on in the southern tier. Some times has trouble loading so you must unintelligible then reinstall the app.

Hate the new app. There was nothing wrong with it. Ever heard of it's not broken don't fix it. Delete

Hate having to CLOSE ad in beginning. When I get a news alert and scroll, there is so much old news that I don't care about.

Pop-up adds everywhere! Interferes with use. Pain to locate info that was previously just texted to me without a hassle. App is a waste, no benefit to the app vs starting up the computer. School closings are going to be a pain as I can get texts at home but no service to run the dumb app. Will be looking for other options until they go back to the simple text messages.

We watch wing news all the time.

WBNG's app is easy to navigate and contains the local news, weather, sports and obits in a very user friendly format. Well done!

I enjoy reading NY news from my area of NY. Living in Florida now.

The past month I've had to reinstall this app weekly. Getting real close to being not worth my time or bother.
