Your reservations don't go through, but you don't know that. Which results in no reservation!! Also the payment function doesn't work! The personel knows about it but the company doesn't fix it... Bad company policy and bad publicity!

De oude app was mijns inziens een stuk beter. Ik kan slecht de informatie vinden die ik zoek en zie ook geen optie om de taal in te stellen. Het is echt een gemiste kans dat je hiermee geen restaurants en activiteiten kunt reserveren.

Didn't work as promised. Only showed us vouchers on the day of departure. Even the reception personal knows that this app is rubbish. Give us our old toppings back!

App keeps telling me "no internet connection, please try again". I'm 100% that I do have a working connection (in fact, I'm currently writing this review over it)
