Just replaced my old phone and now lost the last 2 plus years

I turned my phone off for a weekend and lifestats lost 2 months worth of data. I hate you now Lifestats

Keeps a record of my whereabouts with no effort on my part. I can't ask for more.

It's incorporating the true potential of GPS and location awareness , with every day use. Hope it'll support editing capabilities because there are location and history glitches...

The app has potential, but has bugs. The share command does not work and frequently the previous location will go away when adding a new location.

Clever app. I'm always trying to remember what I did on a certain day so this is neat. Would give 5 stars if a couple of annoyances are addressed (unless I've missed something). 1) a place might be slightly out and register twice. The app thinks I have 2 homes a few feet apart and that I went to several places on holiday rather than a large holiday park. Need a way to combine results. 2) it doesn't pick up all locations. I went to 2 shops miles apart but only registered 1 with a LONG journey time to the other. This was probably a phone issue with location reporting at the time but a manual entry would solve it.

Fun. But without any way to export it's just a gimmick

I switched to a new phone and there is no way to transfer data. People switch phones every few years, and how can I lifelog if the data doesn't move from device to device?

Editing the place you're at also changes all the entries for that location. No way to edit individual trips? (Will gladly change the review if it changes.)

I like this app it tells me where I've been, how many times I've been there, and and an average amount of time I stat there for only problem it doesn't register all my locations even when I'm at the spot refreshing the app

Its not really accurate but the accuracy is somewhere there.

there is no way to export your data. no back up neither. interface is ok, battery usage is very good compare to similar app.

The potential for this App is huge. It's already very good and makes you want to check it out regularly. Would love to see more options to edit places, change categories and perhaps add comments. Also, would be great to have more accuracy about transport, perhaps ability to detect journey types? (Walking, cycling, etc..) Very promising!

It seems to have stopped making new records too. No way to export or backup when it worked. I want my data back Update: The stats were back after a reboot but with the recent data missing. It still worries me since I have no way to backup. The developer says they are working on backup function though.

Went out, drive all over with GPS. Showed me home all day. Tried again today. Finally got it to recognize where I am but no way to add it as it insists I'm home(?), so if I go into edit only home shows so I can't manually identify where I am. What a disappointment. I'm not in to showing my life on social media, but I thought this would be fun. Going to search for something better than this crap. Oh and it is insisting today is yesterday in journal which I also can't edit/correct.

I sure wish it would backup location info. After uninstall/reinstall I have to start adding my info all overall again. Big time bummer. Very disappointed!

I am at home 90 of the time and work a few hours a day.... Don't tell my boss. Seriously, not sure what has happened to this app but it rarely does anything useful anymore.

I would find it much more useful if you added a daily journal view that is a chronological sequence of events (like your iOS app). Street view doesn't work at all. The heat maps only work if selecting that option is the absolute first thing I do when I enter the "places" activity. It needs better functionality for correcting location entries, logging missed events, and adding notes. Since the last update, the app is placing a large log file "PlacerSDK.txt" in the "Downloads" folder of my local storage.

I've built up 3 months of places I've been. I've checked the app today and now it just shows the one visit - my current location. I really hope this doesn't mean it's all lost because this is a really cool app.

I need kill app to be able delete another item. Deleted items still present in the journal. Why?

Stopped working after last update.

I lost everything after a trip to Florida... Everything since December. . Uninstalling, can't count on the app.

While the app works well, it has recorded places I never have visited. Then a method to erase such a place would be an asset, without erasing the whole log or daily log.

I like what I see so far. A few spelling errors at various spots in the app. I'd like to see an option for exporting data. Being able to see it in Google Earth would be great, as well as Google Calendar. Will there be a web-version, for looking at our stats?

It's been five days and don't see any stats how long do you have to wait?

Tried for a day for fun. It is fun but force closes on me once I start digging around. Droid MAXX 4.2.2.

Spent 10 hrs at one location and it showed I was only there 4:27 mins. Shows I stopped at other locations when I simply drove by there and didn't stop at all. Not worth downloading. You also have to manually select icons for each location. (Galaxy Note 3 Kitkat)

Kudos to app dev. Hands on in ironing out any issues.

Great app for those of us who actually want a detailed history of what we do and where we have been. Just needs to be more reliable as it misses things at times for no apparent reason.
