This application is a creation of utter laziness and incompetence. All it is is a rehashed version of their even stupider online website. Try to learn from the mcdonalds app you guys its not that hard. Thank you for wasting my time.

awful app and website. non-intuitive. rubbish. whoever has designed this has was either not paid or has no imagination. unable to sign in, doesnt remember previous orders, app looks like website lite!

Details of your order do not go to the restaurant. They'll call you back to ask you what you originally request. Miss that call and your order is cancelled. It happened to me, and my guests waited for 110 minutes for the order to arrive. I called to file a complaint and the customers service pit my on hold for 11 minutes till I ran out of phone credit.

The application is very slow and not easy to use.. it is very confusing and always keeps on getting you back to the main page where you cannot check on you profile. It is her much like the website

Terrible app. The app is frustrating and the call center is even worse. As you menouver thru the menu and decide to change your selection, you cannot backup. You have to foreclose the app and start over. Pizza hut, look at the percentage of bad reviews on the app and change it!

Hate it.. I dont know why did pizza hut even bothered themselves making an app that is as slow as their website and technically its the same.. just browse their website through the app

Cheap application, their website is a disaster, sometimes it takes more than 30 minutes to place an order with slow response and sometimes errors, so I downloaded the application hoping to find something better, but to my surprise, the application was not a standalone application, it is linked to the website with the same issues.

Worst application ,it takes 15 min for one order to complete and after check out its time out ,horrible suggest not to use appl instead use online

app veeeery slow but the delivery service is fast. less than 15 minutes my order arrived. please update your app to be more convient

The most laziest and stupidest app ever created. It just pulls up the mobile website of pizza hut. Somebody needs to get sacked.

This is not a proper app. It's an app that shows some sort of a mobile version of the website!

It isnt an app if all it does it show the web interface... Its slow and unresponsive.

i think its more better than calling cause whenever i call they take alot of time and this is so good and better it helped me

Always late, never on time. Minimum delivery time is of 90 mins.

Ordered a pizza 3 times got cancelled then I call twice you say 35 mins 3 hours later nothing!
