app error ‘not in area', when using online ordering website couldn't process payment several times (2 weeks prior, which is why I tried the app), UI/UX lacking and not intuitive. Suggest re-design of app, re-think payment processing system, and redesign process framework from start to end.

States that I'm not in the delivery area yet I've been ordering over phone and receiving delivery for years. Also asks you to choose size yet gives you no option to do so then will not let you continue ordering

We order all the time online, but this app says it does not deliver to our address, zip 77080. We always use Campbell location but app doesn't let me order; however I can view all my current orders on the app that we've placed online
